      Results time will vary depending on age, intensity & body fat percentage. However, these workouts will be the most effective routines that you can do to strengthen your core while burning body fat...women's abs will really start to pop at 15% body fat or less. Keep eating clean & doing these routines...you'll get great results with consistency💪
