I was testest last weekend at a lab and I have 73 Vo2 Max (currently in base training) and am a 1.500m athlete I hope to go next year to the U20 World Championships The reason Kalvin is so great, is his training he apparently does 300km per week in competition preparation phase this makes sense why he is so fast. But it is not sustainable I guess he will win in Paris next year. Break 2 in Berlin major and break another WR untill 2025 and them his career (engine broken) done No one last long with such incredible much training
That’s an incredible vo2 max, keep it up! And exactly I agree- not sure his training can keep up with him! But for now he claims that he trains pain free at the moment. For me long distance is not where I wanna focus due to how fast we lost fast twitch muscle as we age. But I want to intermix it
