How do you get the paint to not bleed under the tape? I've tried all different types and it still bleeds through the edges.
Use a heat gun to get the tape to really stick
How long do you let it dry in between? Do you let it dry in between?

Hey I get why you feel that way I love John Beckley too he's the inspiration that made me start painting but when somebody copies somebody else's painting it's not it's not that they're copying their inspired by it he'll eventually come up with his own ideas I'm sure but that's how as artists find our inspiration is through other artists we're not necessarily copying their work we're just trying to find where our place in the art world you know I mean so go easy on that poor guy LOL

I asked the same question. no matter how much I smooth the tape edges, I get bleed through

Nice one. :) Question: You are not sealing the tape with acrylic medium or similar and got almost no color bleedthrough. At least so it appears on the video. What's the secret? Thanks.

Amazing art! Is there a trick to getting clean edges after pulling up tape? I tried Frog Tape and made sure the edges were pressed down really well, but still, there was paint bleed through.
