Wonderful transit of the Panama Canal. I congratulate you Ms. Skipper. I had the grace to cross it in June 1986, for 9 hours to Kinston Jamaica - Santiago de Cuba. P.S. You were a very good host with the crew added to the crossing and they had a very good lunch.

Hi Frans. De mensen die meevoeren door het Panama kanaal waren voor mij allemaal onbekenden. De advisors zijn op zich wel goed hoor. Maar daar heb je inderdaad niets over te zeggen.
I think that goes for being on a sailboat too. Lots of people have a difficult time because it’s like a pressure cooker. And you can’t get of. I also encountered the opposite sailing with my friends Hompe and GertJan. We had beautiful deep conversations whilst at sea.

Wat gaaf om mee te reizen door het Panama kanaal, en dan heb je een boot vol. Zijn dit mensen diemee willen varen op een boot door het Panamakanaal? Goed gedaan, petje af voor de oversteek💪🏻.

Hi Jeroen. Het originele plan was twee jaar, maar dat is net wat te krap. Als je dan moet wachten ivm het weer of reparaties loop je snel uit de planning ivm orkaanseizoenen. Het is drie jaar geworden om niet nog langer van man en zoon weg te zijn.

Ja klopt. Deze mensen kwamen uit Amerika overvliegen om deze ervaring op te doen. Heel bijzonder

That is correct. I was going through the Panama canal early February so that I can spent more time in French Polynesia. I arrived here 22nd of March

We crossed the canal in two days. The first day we started at 12 pm - 9 pm. The second day from 10 am - 16 pm
