Ty you Jay,for listing the full model number of this monitor in your review. I know it's the 2023 model,most reviewers ,just list the M8 and you have no idea if they are reviewing the M80B or the M80C.

Can you use the camera on Zoom?
Can you tell us more bout your external speaker solution? How are you connected? What Marshall speaker are you using? I want to use this monitor with MacBook air for WebEx and other work use-cases. I'm currently connecting via the USB-C to C cable that came with the monitor and the audio is garbled and echoing.
For your sound did you go to the quick setting and go to sound mode and go to Amplify. I have the same one actually 2 and you have 3 sound modes: standard, adaptive, and amplify the highest sound mode. And for your camera. You must have not adjusted properly because mines show in 4k and I use mines in meetings and it is not grainy as you claim. I don't think you played around with it as much before the review. For extending using a laptop plus two of those monitors I'm using this also with a Thinkpad docking station and I'm using a MacBook Pro to extend as well. You can hardwire and not have a problem I suggest you go back and re-review. The problem you are alluding to is user error based on what I just saw you review. This monitor can do a lot and is much louder than what you claim. You can't turn the volume up and say okay that's it. figure out all of your settings and fine-tune then do your review over again.
Nah, there are no settings to adjust...the camera is just not up to my standards, simply put. No REreveiw as you put it, but thank you for watching. As for your sound, nothing special was done, and you might have the older model. As stated in the video, this is the C...lots of people keeping getting this one mixed up with the older model, because they look the same.

Thanks for the review. Had just bought a Galaxy Watch 6 and got an ad for this monitor ($449.99) (save $150 it says). So I checked you out to get the low down. I already have a Dell 32" gaming monitor hooked up to my computer W/a Yamaha stereo supplying a 26" TV on the other side of the desk (which I never watch) so I sure don't need this contraption. What computer have you connected your M8 monitor to?
I have connected Samsung M8 to hp pavilion all in one desktop both wirelessly & also using HDMI port.
But the connected M8 monitor is operating at a max refresh rate of 30hz even though it is a 60hz 4K monitor.
Did you run into any of this & how did you fix it? Thank you in advance!

I just bought this monitor and am wondering is the monitor automatically 4k without having to set anyhthing up, im on a ps5 with a hdmi 2.1 and the ps5 already setup for 4k, and also is there any good video's out there to optimize the picture settings for gaming

I've been using the same webcam as you Anker Powerconf C200. I like it. I've had to do a few Zoom calls and the picture looks great.

I am forex trader and this looks great for me for lookin at charts,its a big screen,i can backtest,i can use it as standalone for this basic things..if i conect wireless keyboard is there a lag or with speakers..anyways price is now 400usd and for that price i think this thing is a great value..bonus is smart tv options and game hub and all other shit..i mean really promisin

I just paid $579, $632 with tax, i think it was 17% off or something. I think I’m going to be happy with it… I’m PC (LG gram) for school/work and apple for everything else so I’m hoping switching computers when I want or need to will be easy enough. I looked at the apple monitor as well… for about 30 seconds. They are out of their minds with the pricing model! Mostly I’m looking forward to upgrading from the 21” Vizio smart tv I’ve been using, it’s soooo grainy, since it’s a tv and not a monitor as well as cheap and old AF lol, and I’m so sick of the eye strain. Also, I do have to say anything else that isn’t apple in my house is all Samsung because the quality is incomparable to their competitors. Like no joke, I have the bespoke jet vacuum, a 4k 70” smart tv, a stand up freezer, the family hub French door fridge and also my dishwasher (couldn’t tell you the model) and the only thing I’ve ever had an issue with was the vacuum attachment broke on my bespoke jet, and they sent out a replacement immediately. Customer service was a DREAM. So that’s a thing, because most customer service stinks these days lol

I bought the M80b for $398 on amazon its a good monitor, speakers aren't the best and the microphone of the camera sucks, but all the rest is nice
