This was great ...extremely relaxing...one thing that did happen was i was about to lose conciousness as if my mind was about to enter another dimension of some sort ...i could feel myself entering ...but i quickly diverted my attention to your voice and avoided it. Is this okay?
Always do what makes you comfortable since you are not under the guidance of a guru. This is just to balance the third eye so it should not cause you do lose consciousness, however if you feel that way again there are other mudras you can use to balance yourself first like Dhyani which is posted on our page. We will post more for balancing lower chakras soon.
Your count on breathing is a little fast and messes up the meditation please keep it steady and count 5, 5 , and allow time for the exhale as its 10 and not 5. Thank you

My experience 😮with the hand gesture was the magnetic pull feeling i had with my fingertips. I want to open my the third eye , any suggestions?
I felt my 3rd eye pulsing a couple times but then it distracted me and I started thinking about what to do with it 😅
That happens! Soon you will get used to it and be able to focus.
I mostly found that my hands were uncomfortable. Do you have any tips?
Start using hand stretches regularly and move to an easier mudra in the meantime like akash mudra.
