Find 3rd Eye Balance - With Kaleshvara Mudra

  • Precaution: Do not practice often if you are a beginner or have severe depression or anxiety. Always practice sitting upright.
    Signs that you may be ready to balance or activate the Third Eye Chakra:
    1. Increased level of coincidences and synchronicities
    2. Hightened sensitivity to light and sound
    3. Feeling more curious about your inner self
    4. Hightened creativity
    5. Better intuitive sense
    Signs that you are NOT ready for Third Eye Chakra work, and should BEGIN WITH LOWER CHAKRA BALANCING:
    1. Feeling overwhelmed very often
    2. Feeling unsafe or overly anxious in your environment
    3. Experiencing headaches, dizziness, or nausea
    4. Feeling depressed or detached from life
    5. Having racing thoughts
    6. Experiencing insomnia
    Benefits of Kaleshvara Mudra: Helps you work on eliminating addictions and addictive behaviors. It gives control over the mind, as we know mind is very hard to control but by practicing this Mudra, you can gain control over the mind. This Mudra brings a positive attitude towards life, it inspires you to do more. It activates the third eye chakra. It brings positivity to your body and helps control the senses. This Mudra also helps to increase concentration power and calms an overly busy mind.
    Technique: Sit in any meditative posture, with the spine straight. Bring the hands together at the chest and allow all the fingers and thumbs to touch at the tips. Curl your index, ring, and pinky fingers down so the backs of the knuckles and maybe the nail touch. The middle fingers stay touching at the tips and pointed towards the sky. The thumbs touch tips and point downward. Then Focus on hand gesture and Practice breath retention 5-5-10 if you can do so comfortably.
    Frequency of practice: Hold for 10-20 min a day at least until you are able to control your mind or addictive behavior more easily in daily life.
    How to boost: Strong intention setting, breath retention.
    Chakras: Mainly third eye

    This was great ...extremely relaxing...one thing that did happen was i was about to lose conciousness as if my mind was about to enter another dimension of some sort ...i could feel myself entering ...but i quickly diverted my attention to your voice and avoided it. Is this okay?

      Always do what makes you comfortable since you are not under the guidance of a guru. This is just to balance the third eye so it should not cause you do lose consciousness, however if you feel that way again there are other mudras you can use to balance yourself first like Dhyani which is posted on our page. We will post more for balancing lower chakras soon.

    I felt my 3rd eye pulsing a couple times but then it distracted me and I started thinking about what to do with it 😅

    I mostly found that my hands were uncomfortable. Do you have any tips?

      Start using hand stretches regularly and move to an easier mudra in the meantime like akash mudra.

    Your count on breathing is a little fast and messes up the meditation please keep it steady and count 5, 5 , and allow time for the exhale as its 10 and not 5. Thank you
