I’ve had the skeletonised version in regular titanium for about a year now and I love it. All watches with a date should have quickset going both ways. And in regards to readability I’ve never had a problem - in 3D the hands and markers pop. Love it.
Another solid review from Mr. Kazan. I'm considering the Defy Classic with the conventional blue dial. If I were to purchase a watch in this style, I'd probably go with the Oris ProPilot X. I know brand perception for Zenith is higher for some but I love Oris and think that watch just looks cooler.
Great review. I've been wanting to purchase this watch for a while now and finally decided to pull the trigger a couple of days ago. It is arriving tomorrow and to say that I am excited is an understatement. I have tried it on a few times and agree with a lot of your points. It wears so light and so comfortable. It has been along time since I purchased a watch merely because I fell in love with it, but that was the case with the Defy. Also excited to be adding my first Zenith to my collection. Cheers.
The all black look may be Uber cool and trendy but I prefer the silver and blue version, just a tad more legible in my view. In any case this is a fun futuristic timeless peerless looking piece. Zenith make some really interesting conversation pieces.
Would the strap fit on a 6 inch wrist? Not the size of the watch Im worried about, but the size of the strap. Breitling straps for example, start at 6.5 inches and up.
Great review. I'm slightly confused though, I've seen two different versions of this "skeletonized" 670SK movement - one in which the escape wheel is more visible, as in this video, and one in which the escape wheel is more obscured by the backing plate. Any insight into that? FWIW it seems like the ones given to the media to review are the former, no doubt because it's slightly more photogenic.

How about the resistance to scratch, comparing to stainless steel?

Love this Zenith! Such a fun, yet also semi under-the-radar watch.
Even though this particular Defy model is not my style, I'm a huge fan of the blue dial titanium Defy Classic. Thanks for the be review.

Hi; glad to hear that;
I am also thinking of getting it, any thoughts/points after a year with it ?

very smoothly done, thanks for this ;)
Really great review!
Interesting content. Subscribed.
Is the crown screw-down?
Can you do one with the Carrera Heuer 02 or 01

Great Review brother 👍🏼👍🏼
how accurate is this watch?
Defys are my favourites 👌
The blue version is looks better and more easy to read. 😃, Oris new release skeleton watches also shows another success.
I want this in white
nice watch but doesn't look like it's easy to read the time though
I’ve had one in naked titanium with the same dial for almost a year and it is remarkably easy to read.
Escape wheal hide - - to bad
shame the watch is unreadable!
