How about the case if leakage from the metallic part of the cylinder. What can you use to stop that

You can temporarily use gum, but get a new cylinder once that gas is finished, for safety reasons

Please don't gamble with your life,. Simply get a new cylinder and transfer your gas inside or discharge the gas and dispose the cylinder. Don't manage it.
