    This was so good, I love using a BOSU, and this was the perfect excuse to finally purchase one for home use!!! My favorites are the burpees with the bosu overhead. Can’t wait for more of these workouts with you. I will definitely repeat this with weights!! And yes, thank you Katherine, 50 sec intervals were perfect!!!!❤❤❤❤

    I have arthritis in my knee and find my knees can be painful during workouts- would this help or could I injure myself more?

      I feel the bosu may not be a good thing for your knees. How about rebounding?

      @@MichelleBriehler thanks Michelle. I do have a rebounder but taken some time out of that for the time being as it’s too much. Low impact, knee friendly for me until my knee replacement I think. 🥴
