- 🌆 Have you ever been to Gurgaon? It's a place of contrast. On one place you have places like DLF Cyberhub, Cyver City, and The Camellias. Once you step out, you see narrow roads and broken infrastructure. The roads in Gurgaon are flooded once it rains. Traffic jams are the subject of memes.
🤔 How did India's Millionaires City reach there?
🗺 Well, the answer is bad planning. Since the start of Gurgaon in 1957, there was no single authority to plan development in Gurgaon. So, there was no master plan for development. Gurgaon got its municipal corporation only in 2008.
👎 These issues were not visible in the beginning. But, once the population started to increase, the cracks started to appear.

While you enter Gurgaon, it seems like a great city (the roads, metro, and glass buildings), but as soon as you enter the sectors.. you are dealing with pathetic bad roads. Even if it rains 🌧 for 30min ..there is water collection all over. There is no drainage at all. Most of the malls are empty, the nightlife is unsafe here, rash agreesive driving on roads is a common thing, and rent is high. Illegal construction is so common that a common man can't trust any of the builders. Water issues persist in areas like DLF too! Electricity issues..load sheding is at peak in summers (April to September). Expensive schools. And food is also not that great compared to Delhi. the list goes on and on....

Gurugram is far better than Noida in all aspects say roads , connectivity , nightlife, it culture, good construction quality and so on

Gurugram only lacks in drainage in some areas but soon this problem get also solved.

Come to Noida and see what a planned city looks like. No electricity outages, no water outages. Noida has more IT offices than Gurgaon. We have better metro and public transportation than yours. Sorry I forgot that your city doesn't have any government transportation. Gurgaon is like the white elephant in India.
Every year, there is rainfall in Gurgaon and every year, it floods due to poor drainage. I am glad to leave Gurgaon for Noida after 2 years of hell over there.

Greater Noida is top notch when it comes to city planning and drainage system.
Water - groundwater is used up much faster than regenerated, and is also polluted.
Forest cover - already very low, decreasing every year. Impacts pollution as well as water.
Drainage - only a small percentage of gurgaon has proper drainage. Even industrial waste often goes into the few remaining water bodies untreated.
Traffic jams due to bad infrastructure and barely any public transport, further increases pollution and inefficiencies.
All these problems also cause one another.
Ye sab dikhata hai why capitalism and privatization must be properly controlled and regulated by the government.

All problem arr realted to drainage system. Good drainage system will improve road life as well.
Broken roads, indisciplined traffic, electricity and water quality issues even in sectors, basic civic amenities are horrible, real estate is over hyped and over priced, basic food is costly than many other cities, lot of attitude issues amonsgt people.

Gurugram has opportunities ie why it is crowded. It has cosmopolitan culture and amazing nightlife and improving infrastructure.
Though poor drainage is a problem in some parts but not everywhere and government is also working on it.
