- Sansa confronts Littlefinger about Ramsay. She threatens him. She is angry at him. Baelish feels sorry for his doings.
Littlefinger is surprisingly scared of Sansa.
The Knights of the Vale are stationed in Moat Cailin. Blackfish has reformed the Tully forces and retaken Riverrun.

I love how she kept repeating herself to make him uncomfortable, she held him accountable for a disgusting thing he did
what did he do wrong then?
Actually littlefinger really didn't know how horrible Ramsay was when he married Sansa off to him, ironically it's the only thing he's innocent of.
Its part sansas fault to. She decided to marry Ramsey just to get power. She married someone she didnt even know. Shes always tried to be a queen. Shes selfish just like littlefinger

Jade Allcott Sansa is a strong woman, she doesn't need protection anymore.
A B Meh. She has a strong will and she stands her ground but fighting wise she still needs protection. She never learned to fight and doesn't seem to want to as far as I recall. :) But I still like her development and imo not each and every strong woman in GOT needs to be dexterous with a sword!
Fuck CreepyFinger more than Olly
Brienne: "Lady Sansa asked you a question."Baelish: "I thought it is was rhetorical."
Brienne the touch of death. King's guard to Renly Baratheon, then sworn vassal to Catelyn Stark, then charged to escort Jaime Lannister, who only loses his sword hand, then "rescues" Aria from her her protector Sandor Clagaine, and then "rescues" Sansa by ignoring the signal she requested. If she gets together with Tormund Giantsbane, he's as good as dead in the coming war.

Sansa lied perfevtly well since she was a little girl, she would have let Joffrey kill Arya and that little boy! She lied and because of that her direwolf died, her roots! Varys did terrible things too. Sandor protected Cersei and Joffrey, he killed Ned's men instead of helping him, because he hates noble men and he was only interested in golds, he obeyed Cersei when she asked him to bring her Sansa and Arya..ect! Lf: System not working
When Sansa speaks of a Brothel Keeper she demeans Baelish to his lowest position. It’s subtle but it places him in the inferior position, she also sees that he knew full well what he was truly like. It was the first time she could see past Baelishs deception, or the first time she fully acknowledged it.
I didn't even think of that...
I loved that part!!! She knew exactly where to hit him and remind him of his real place in the world because no matter how high of a rank you have you will always be a brothel keeper in their eyes
@bewlaybrother4460 Trust me it was horrible you do not want to know.
Sansa was raped every night, physical abuse (beating her) probably cut her as well, that's heavily implied and of course psychological/emotional abuse by locking her in her rooms all day and torturing those who wanted to help her @bewlaybrother4460
@@karlolson1363what's horrible?
I hate the fact he tries to make Sansa doubt Jon. After all Sansa has been through she needs Jon and whether he is half brother, brother, or cousin, Jon will stand by Sansa and protect her guaranteed. Jon has strong love for his family and he'll die for them if he has to.
JL D dont underestimate littlefinger, he has outsmarted smarter people than sansa
I think she doesn´t feel like she deserves John help, as she treated him bad when they were children. And as she was nearly killed by her own aunt, and everyone she trust later abandon or betray her, I think she distrust anybody by nature (except Brienne perhaps)
geromino97 He fucked up though. Sansa became his blind spot because he fell for her like Catelyn all over again, and at that point it didn't matter who was smarter or who had more experience playing the game. LF was done.
Yeah, she's so mean caring about her people, thinking of stocking food for the long winter, she does not want Jon to put herself in danger ... and the list goes on. But yes, she is so cruel.
I agree, Sansa knows that as well though. There aren't too many Starks left, and John is every bit as much a Stark as Rob or even Ned. The Starks are survivors, and they love their family.
I can't believe people are actually feeling bad for Littlefinger. He deserves absolutely no sympathy. He's singlehandedly killed thousands as a result of his schemes, and he's ruined the lives of far more. And he shows absolutely no regret or remorse, only greed. Littlefinger loves _no one but himself._ Not Cat. Not Sansa. Only himself. Not to mention, he's a fucking _creep_ too.
And people are feeling bad for him because he was sad? Good. He deserves it. He deserves far more than that, I for one don't feel an iota of sympathy for Littlefinger. And I'm glad that Sansa is catching up to his shit.
Devil Atelier TBH I like Littlefinger. Learning of his backstory from the books and how he was a bullied youth with no power and wasn't physically imposing enough (as a knight, he lost in a duel) to marry his live Catelyn and was shunned by others in terms of power. I think he has every right to be in it for himself, as no one has ever been there for him. Yes he's done bad things and betrayed Ned for instance, but you can't say there is one singularly pure good character in the show, that's what makes it so special. Having said that, this current season Littlefinger may be painted in a much more negative light after potentially harming the Strk family reunion, but we only care because we have learned to care for the Stark family through the writing and because they have been victimised throughout. In LittleFingers mind, he cares about his own ambitions.
Think if it in the real world, it is fair to guess that many many people put themselves first over other people, it's human nature.
Littlefinger is merely doing the same.
Sombre Forêt Maybe Ice and fire stands for life and death too? Ice, the walkers and death, fire for life and humans
Littlefinger's undoing will be the love he has for Catelyn Tully. (like it was before)
It is presented as creepiness because the actors look nothing alike, but you can't just flick a switch with your heart or how you feel.
Sansa is a mirror of his former love. (despite the actresses not looking similar) - I feel great pity for Baelish.
The people who are saying he's responsible for X atrocity and Y atrocity, well we wouldn't have a compelling story without Baelish.
The fact that any of us, any of us can even contemplate sympathy for the man shows just how amazing a villain he is.
Devil Atelier SING IT. LIKE PREACH. FINALLY SOMEONE WHO FINALLY GETA IT

She looks physically so much like Cat in this scene, it almost feels like Cat's ghost is accusing him. Also, Sophie looks absolutely beautiful with this hair color and style.
I love Sansas character development. She went from scared young girl who did whatever she was told to. But now she is such a strong and indeppendent woman.
She didn't need a horse lord, dragons, or assassins training to develop into a strong woman. Sansa got the worst of what anyone should have to face. Yet people constantly put her down for not being a murderer like Cersai, Daenerys, or Arya.
What character development? Had she told Jon about the Knights of the Vale, hundreds of lives including Rickon could've been saved.
nope still the damsel in distress
@@simenandersen3262 but who says she wanted that. Keeping Rickon alive is something she would have probably wanted. But who says she didnt want Jon to lose a lot of men and see the army Sansa managed to get without him.
Maybe Sansa has changed in a way that we havent seen of her yet, and she is just playing she is ignorant. She went through some horrible things, it could have effected in her wanting to have power so those things dont happen to her anymore.
Maybe they are making us believe she trusts Jon, when she actually doesnt. And she killed Little finger to be sure his army would be hers
I really hope that is the case, cause that would mean the show might still have a non predictable plottwist and ending. The last few seasons everything has been kind of cheesy and you could see what would happen three episodes before it happened
Simen Andersen - Twice before the Battle of the Bastards she told Jon the army he has to take on Ramsey is not enough. He would not listen or dismissed. If he conceded yes, she would have told him about the Knights of the Vale.

A B I fixed it lol
I have a theory why Littlefinger is scared of Sansa. In the Game of Thrones Universe, you have three different types of enemies. The first are the "crazies" like Jeoffrey and Ramsey, who are just kind of insane and kill for fun. The second, are the 'friendemies,' who play the game and will shank you once your usefulness runs dry. And, the third are the 'actual enemies,' people you've stabbed in the back and they took it personally so the second they get a chance to kill you they'll take it. All of the Starks fall into that third category... including Sansa.
I like these, alot.
If he was scared, he would have dispatched her a long time ago
@@johnnyskinwalker4095 i think he is kinda scared sometimes, bit he underastimates her and superestimates himself. He thinks that even though she can be downright scary she can not beat him. And well, we saw how that went later on
Tete Minne how is she scary? lol If she was a scary person, she would have made Ramsey her bitch but she didn't. She was good when she lied to protect Baelish at the Vale but that only impressed him, not scared him. And after that the only time she showed herself being forceful where he was present to witness it was when she met him with to blame him with Brienne. He may have been scared of Brienne but that's it.
Johnny Skinwalker the fact of the matter is again power is power. And sansa has been shown to be object of power all throughout the series. It’s literally the only real reason she’s alive. He’d be stupid not to fear the power she holds over the north. Not to mention she’s also half Tully and holds weight in the vale too. In title alone she has more power than him, especially in the north. He has no real claim to any throne, he can scheme but at the end of the day he has no real power, Cersei told him this too. His mistake was overplaying his hand and underestimating her mind, thinking she hasn’t learned how he operates. Going after Arya was a mistake his end it cost him his life.
Sansa was incredibly smart in using Little Finger for what she needed during the Battle of the Bastards but then took him down.
Exactly, she checkmate'd him in his own game 😁
@@MybeautifulandamazingPrincessThat's not what happened at all. Do you think those numbnut writers even thought that far ahead?
That was smart but no for her, she didn’t want his help, but he was like on those final lines “ you will need me, either you want it or not”
And that’s what she did, she wanted to do anything to not ask him for help, but eventually it was impossible, so he manipulated her once again
She knew what he wanted and exploited it
"You freed me from the monstors who mudered my family. And you gave me to other monstors who mudered my family!"
Thats.... so chilling.
I've come to really love Sansa's character. She's a far cry from the useless airhead she was for the first couple seasons. She actually has strength of character now. Screw the people who say this scene was "just to appease feminists" or some shit. This was incredibly brave of her and an awesome scene--but it also fit the show (it wasn't just tacked on in a fatuous display of appeasement.
I know. That was the airhead I was talking about. She didn't do any of those things because she was malicious--she was just an idiot. But with the passing of the seasons she's become more world-weary and intelligent and her character has strengthened. She's no longer an idiot, thanks in no small part to Littlefinger's tutelage and being the victim of people like Joffrey and Ramsey.
what part of her is strengthened and not still a shrinking violet? do you mean the part that refused brienne's service, because winterfell was her home and full of allies? without constant rescue from folly, she is pathetic and ineffectual.
Totally disagree. She learned under Littlefinger how to become manipulative. She's actually more observant than she used to be, and I think she shows a lot more bravery and a hell of a lot more backbone than she did in the first several seasons. Instead of being consumed by victimhood and running as far as possible away from Ramsey, she immediately began trying to raise an army to go back and defeat him--even knowing Ramsey, and what the cost of losing would be.
do you mean she stood littlefinger down by herself and not with her protector brienne? and what did she reproach him for anyway? that she was pathetic victim in winterfell? or that she didn't flee from the vale to jon's protection at the wall? now littlefinger told her the knights of the vale were approaching moat cailin. where on earth can she find allies? derp.
Yeah, being a victim at winterfell was *totally* her fault. /eyeroll
You seem to think standing Littlefinger down with Brienne there was cowardly. It wasn't, it was simply wise, considering she felt he might have known about Ramsey, and was therefore her enemy and might mean her harm.
You seem to be one of those people who confuses recklessness for bravery. They're two different concepts...
"You free me from the monsters who murdered my family and you gave me to other monsters who murdered my family." I don't know why but that repetition hits me. Agree with people saying Sansa will regret not killing this little worm though. I'm sure he's gonna kill her this season.
Thankfully she did end up getting rid of him, she just waited for the perfect moment
He didn't give her to the Boltons; he sold her to them.
And then they give her dialogue saying "if it weren't for these guy"...

Little Finger always plays the half-brother card when he tries to turn Sansa against Jon. Blood is still blood. And Jon is probably the most loyal person she has left.
Literally, he tried to turn her against all her siblings, first Jon and then Arya.
Fascinating how this scene foreshadowed his death scene in the Season 7 Finale.
I like how Sansa waited the perfect moment when she had winterfell back and the support of the lords and people and had Littlefinger there, thinking he was still manipulating her, to get rid of him. If he thought for one second Sansa would stand up to him and antagonise him, he would've left, but Sansa let him think he was on top and winning, then she checkmate'd him when he wasn't expecting. It's like yes because it's not like if she spoke her mind she would increase her risk of being abused by Joffrey. Plus she survived a great deal of severe trauma and came back stronger each time. Had all those Sansa whiners gone the slightest bit of what she went through I'm willing to bet they would have given up 1000x over
And also Arya and Sansa, while both amazing girls in their own right, would have either had extremely difficult time if their situations were reversed or not survived as Arya would have been too hot headed to deal with Joffrey and Sansa would have been too prideful or conservative to deal with being on the run

I believe that some part of Littlefinger cares for Sansa but only insofar as it can be of benefit to him. The moment he has to choose between Sansa and self-gain, he will, of course, choose himself/power. He's a dangerous and untrustworthy man who only says what he thinks will appease others (all the while manipulating them to his advantage). I think he is a horrible person, and I would actually be more satisfied with his death than Cersei's.
UPDATE: His death gave me more joy than any other, including Joffrey, Walder Frey, and Ramsay. At least the showrunners got that right

When Little Finger mentioned cutting, Sansa acted as if he hit a bullseye with that guess. But if you remember, we got a scene with Sansa in her night clothes. There were bruises sure, but there wasn’t a single cut visible on her body. At least not anywhere we can see. Leaves just enough to the imagination to imply some pretty sick things.

There's something i've noticed with Littlefinger. Sansa and Cat really show the cracks in his armor. Both times they've confronted him, you can tell.. that deep down he is very upset for them and is showing emotion. Both times, he has turned on a dime and started scheming (telling Cat the 2 girls were safe & telling Sansa not to trust Jon). He is 100% a textbook sociopath. It's not that he CAN'T love or WON'T love.. he just doesn't know how. He doesn't understand how to have heavy relationships. He craves power more than anything in the world including having power in a relationship. Whenever he feels powerless, he starts scheming, which is what he does both times.
He is so efficient at sowing distrust with a minimum effort: "Your brother's army. half-brother" What a snake
You can see this discussion pains Baelish like a thousand little spikes through his heart
Good, he deserves it
well it's not liked he wanted her to get tortured. He wanted Stannis to win the war and free her. He said it word for word to her.
I love how she is a victim but she s not putting herself in that position, she s not ashamed of what happened cause she knows she hasn’t done anything wrong

While little is known for the upcoming 6th book, GRRM made it perfectly clear that Book Littlefinger would NEVER hand over Sansa to Ramsay Bolton in the books. Littlefinger is WAY too obsessed with Sansa, and he would NEVER hand her over to anyone. If you ask me, I think he would become more and more obsessed with her, and Sansa would try and find a way to escape.
And he cuts off his good will with the lannisters in the sale too.
@distranthegloriouslydeform9259 not to mention, The Iron Bank causes an economic crisis throughout Westeros after Cersei refuses to give payments to The Iron Bank, refusing loans from all over.
And still there were people convinced Sansa would betray Jon with the help of LF..... SHAME ON YOU!!!!
That's what the writers wanted the audience to believe, well played writers.... well played.
And people blame her for not telling Jon about the knights of the vale and call her a traitor. The fact is the offer came from the man who sold her to Ramsay in the first place, she didn't want to take that help.
And she didn't think that he'd _deliver_ on that help, either.
I love how ready Brienne is. “Just say the word and I’ll fuck him up.”
This is where Petyr should have realized that going to Winterfell with Sansa maybe isn't such a good idea. It's clear that she doesn't trust him anymore and Littlefinger should have seen it. But he let his infatuation with her to get the better of him.
Poor Sansa. She is such a sweet girl. In the beginning of the series she is so sweet and innocent. By the end, she is hardened and traumatized - but firm, and decisive. Her arc was one of the hardest for me to watch. I just wanted to protect her so many times. Man, I miss GoT!!!

I’ll never understand Littlefinger giving her to the Boltons...I need someone to explain the logic to me I can’t wrap my head around it
2 years late but it is explained. weddings have always been the number 1 way of forming alliances, ex: the purple wedding between the baratheon’s and tyrells. and then obviously the red wedding. he merely wanted to form an alliance with the boltons, not knowing how bad of a person ramsay was.
I love how she stares him down, unblinking. That’s how you call out bullshit. It’s so crazy he’s STILL trying to sow seeds of doubt between brother and sister
People forget that the ladies of medieval times were naive through their education. Sansa was a product of her time. The hate towards her is just wrong. But i still love to see her get that strong clever queen
After all that Sansa's been through, it's a huge blessing she's not pregnant.
Brienne walked through that door like a boss lol
After what Ramsay did to her, Littlefinger should have never left that meeting alive.
"You freed me from the monsters who murdered my family, and gave me to other monsters who murdered my family"
"Gee from the sound of it your family is rather unpopular, isn't it?"
Ooft go lady Sansa! Love this side off her
kirsty Sneddon me tooooo
Petyr Baelish was always such an interesting charcter👍👍👍
Ramsay raping and torturing Sansa is probably the one thing Littlefinger feels genuinely bad about. And yet it was easily preventable, and he continued to go on trying to manipulate her to hate her family. Such a selfish piece of shit.
This was physically painful to watch ;_; It's the first time I actually take his word as the truth... I mean, he was on the verge of crying, what the hell man :'(
+Sumerijah De Romijn i agree. He was close to crying.
The one and only time we genuinely can believe his feelings are true. Goes to show no one's perfect. Everyone makes mistakes.
Either way, I am really proud of Sansa for standing up to him like that.
Marie So am I. Mistake or no, it was great to see her character have such a drastic leap of development compared to what she was prieviously. It almost makes you forget what a näive idiot she used to be. Almost.
I agree with you. Yes she did stand up to Littlefinger, but it still reminds me too much of how naive she used to be. She was focused too much on her anger toward him that she failed to realise that the Vale can be a very important aspect to her victory. though she planned with her brother to form an alliance with other houses in the North, they are only guessing. They're not sure if Ramsay has already targeted or destroyed some of these houses because they would not pledge loyalty to him. some of them may have already out of fear or because they refuse to follow another Stark. With these contingencies, it would have been better for sansa to stand up to littlefinger all the while accepting help from the vale. If Petyr turns the Vale around and there comes a time where the Vale is needed, who in their right minds are going to travell all the way to moat calin just to turn back around and come back again? I only hope he go through with the vale anyway and bypass Sansa'a negligent decision. Without extra help set aside, I'm scared Jon and Sansa has already lost the north again. what's worst is that she didn't give her brother a choice to deny or accept the vale. This could bring about issues between them. I am not debunking what you say just having a conversation, I have total respect for your comment and I do agree with you that she has developed...only a little.
Wow, I just can not believe a word from him anymore. He may be telling the truth but it all just sounds like lies coming from him.
I'm sooo freaked Out by the fact that they didnt really spoke Out what he did so here i sit thinking about all the cruel sexual abuse He could have done to poor sansa but will never know how far He really went. Still hoping for her He did not do the psycho stuff yet He is one so he possibly did unimaginable things to her. Which hurts me the most is that i will never know how far He went so i have to think oft the worst:,(
For all the people who complained about how the writers didn't care about sansa's pain during the rape scene, this scene proves you wrong.
aww I didnt notice that she was making Jon's cloak in this scene... and LF came to ruin the day
Brienne in this scene: "Lady Sansa asked you a question"
Arya in THAT episode: "My sister asked you a question"
Also, that moment when he says "do you want me to beg for my life?", she should've say "nee...that comes later"
"you want me to beg for my life I will" a season later is begging right before Arya cuts his throat
-Why did you do that ?
-Because the writers made me an idiot ! Happy !?
WRONG, Littlefinger. COUSIN! Jon is her cousin! 😂😜
Also:
"You want me to beg for my life? I will."
YEP, you sure did do that later! 😂🤣😆
How do you make these video/clips. Is there a website or something. Do you download the episode then cut out the clips you want to post? I want to do the same for this show and many other but dont know how.💚
It's an unpopular opinion but I still absolutely adore little finger... I know he is an asshole but idk I just like him lol
why lol
littlefinger greatest mistake was staying close to sansa after this moment, she would never forgive or trust her after what she suffered with the boltons
For him to imply that she can’t trust or depend on Jon because he’s barely a “half brother” is a slap in the face! He really is a snake and it was so satisfying watching Arya slit his throat so casually as if she was just walking by 😂
Lesson here: To answer Sansa's goddamn question!
3:50 The relief that he can get away again. Wait until Season 7 Petyr.
love how this scene parallels with Cat calling him out after he betrayed Ned, the choice of clothes and hairstyle seem intentional
Why did Littlefinger mention to Sansa that Jon is only a half brother? I don't get what he's trying to do here.
Would like to know that either
He was hinting to her that she could not depend heavily on her brother to gather the north for her despite that he has an army of wildlings. In so little words, he was telling her that she would have to do it herself if she wanted the north to fight for them since they don't really support bastard children. Hope this helps.
That was the point of the scene later when they are strategizing. Ramsey is as much a bastard as Jon (even though there is still a level of mystery surrounding Jon's parentage), so if they are willing to support him, why wouldn't they support Jon?
i doubt that jon is her half brother, because he is likely the son of lyanna stark and rhaegar targaryen, which gives him a legitimate claim on the throne, especially if he married her before she likely died in childbirth, in which case he is more likely her cousin
How does this give Jon a legitimate claim? He would still be a bastard, wouldn't he?
It would've been great to have this guy as the real villain of the show, the ultimate antagonist, manipulating everything from the very first episode, and the ultimate threat. But noo, we have to kill him because people like dragons and ice zombies.
The point was that he was someone who had little power and was over his head. The moment he was caught he wouldn't have any chance of getting out because he played every side. Season 1 when cercei was playing with him showed he was nothing more than a trickster.
The characters like Littlefinger and Melisandre are fascinating because they are pulling strings but are still vulnerable.
I like to believe that the writing strayed far away when D&D decided LF would just hand over Sansa and underestimating them had some consistency to his character but in the long run made no sense considering how obsessed LF is with Sansa and having Ramsey rape and take her maidenhood wouldn't have been something LF would even consider as an option.
Littefinger tragically overplayed his hand. He had everything a man could want at one point, land, titles, riches, armies, a royal ward following his every word, the hot daughter of a former crush of his going out of her way to satisfy and appease him even if it meant having to mimick her own dead mother for it. He threw most of it away for a mere tiny chance of one day sitting on the iron throne, and died as an unloved nobody as a consequence.
Second most painful scene only to The hodor backstory and death
LF looked like he actually felt remorse for the pain he indirectly caused Sansa.
Aww poor LF felt hurt, he deserves every bit of it and way more 😄 proves what great performer Aidan is.
I still can't believe Sophie Turner DIDN'T like Sansa as much, I admired and loved her...Over time, especially here. Let the pain become our shield.
That's the moment when Sansas changes came to light
It’s funny how Littlefinger was ready to accept his death and wasn’t begging for mercy here (even though it’s a form of manipulation to get Sansa to spare him) and didn’t accept it and was begging for mercy when they have him cornered and Sansa remembered what he said and still did it.
