the best part about this is that Kel canonically was missing a tooth in reality at this age so Sunny literally gave Kel's missing tooth an origin story - a buff planet punched it out of his mouth

PLUTO erases the enemies. Hero took 999 damage. Hero became toast! Aubrey took 999 damage. Aubrey became toast! Kel took 999 damage. Kel became toast! Omori took 999 damage. Omori had to succumb. YOU LOST !
Random observation I had: Pluto is a friend to the player, but not to Omori. He provides a fast travel service which helps the player move around faster. Omori, however, would like to spend as much time in the dream world as possible. Since this whole scenario has most likely happened before, Omori knows that Pluto is a threat to his "safe space" and keeps finding random excuses to try and kill him. None of the Pluto fights really give a good reason for battling him. Another thing is that Pluto seems to be a foil to Omori's character in a sense. Pluto is going around flaunting his confidence and happiness now that he broke free of his cold isolation at the edge of the solar system. Omori is purposely trying to keep Sunny in that sort of cold isolation, and is afraid that Pluto might be able to influence him to stop hiding.
Well, since we are technically acting as Sunny, playing through headspace, maybe he doesn't want to travel too much, and Omori allows Pluto's transport for that? If Omori really wanted to get rid of him, then why couldn't he just erase him and send him down to blackspace like he did with headspace Basil in the prologue? (Though i guess this would technically explain the "Pluto doesn't look like himself" thing in bs2 cloud walkway)
@@toasteroven7683 I think it's a little more complicated than that. If you really look into it, almost everything in headspace can relate back to the idea of Sunny's isolation or the incident. eg. Space ex-boyfriend is staying in bed, refusing to get up. He'd rather just sit there and suffer than move on with his life, even taking on a separate identity to help deal with the pain. Sweetheart decides that she's better off without anyone else and tries to create an alternate version of herself (for a different reason than Sunny creating Omori, but still similar). Not to mention the fact that headspace is littered with skeletons and those little bits of black goop, as well as the residents of deeper well. Omori was unable to hide all of that away in black space for some reason. Humphrey and Abbi also remain outside of lack (although they're pretty close to it). Combine that with Something reappearing constantly, and I think Sunny's subconscious mind has more control in his dreams than Omori does.
@@SpaceLobster21 Humphrey is a bit of a wild card here. Considering the the Wisest and the Favorite seem to know about the Truth (the former removed from her position presumably by trying to bring it into the light and the latter keeping the Truth locked away through some involvement in the resets), it's quite likely that he does (or did at some point in the past) as well. However, I don't think he really cares about that. Age has removed his conscience, and it seems he'd very much prefer eating and laughing then play a major role in this mess of a coping mechanism. A line about cycles and another about bliss hint to the knowledge that he might be hiding away. In addition, Humphrey is the character who (in my opinion) relates most to Sunny's isolation post-incident. After all, he is a living entity filled with others that, while seemingly separate and unique, are merely extensions of himself, with the Branch Coral going so far as to describe Humphrey as a parasite within himself. That is all I gonna say! But can I say it in RED?!
Now I wanna see OMORI and beato Duke it out... but to be honest it wouldn't be fair, beato has existed longer than OMORI.
Killing pluto with a kel nuke was such a dramatic experience, like a student overpowering his master
YOU KNOW THAT TITLE IS AN UMINEKO REFERENCE
"Nah, I don't feel like working out today."
**Omori ost 106 GOLDENVENGEANCE - Pluto's theme*
*breathe heavily*
*start intense workout*
nice umineko reference bro
One of the greatest artistic pieces to ever come to fruition throughout our world’s history
(Minor (Hikik)Omori Route spoilers)
Words that you’d love to see…but you’d never want to hear:
“I have acknowledged your strength…and see you as children no longer.
“This fight is mine to win…
You cannot escape my judgement!”
This battle gives final boss vibes in every single way possible, I love that
his fight give me that golden experience
Any track that starts with a synth _that_ crunchy is bound to be good, what a wild boss fight
i love umineko i i love umineko
umineko-type beat
This is honestly the best boss battle song I've ever heard
Friendship ended with World's End Valentine, this is the real banger
Friendship ended with World’s Mid Valentine. Now GOLDENBANGER is my new best friend.
Your here again, fighting Pluto, he's much more stronger than before, his presence alone make you feel weak, but you know that you and your friends growned stronger, you can win this, you prepared for it and show Pluto how much you growned
This game is a Rollercoaster of emotions, literally
one of my favorite themes in omori
just gotta love that guitar
lmao goldenslaughterer
The major chord a bit after 1:30 is EVERYTHING.
The Pluto man has awakened and has became the ultimate life form. Its upto omori to use his secret technique. NIGURENDAYOOOOOO
_WHEN I FLEX...... _*_I FEEL MY B E S T!_*
i love umineko
Yes fucking masterpiece
Dang I hear it too now!! Thank you for pointing this out!
This is absolutely incredible
when I flex....
*I FEEL MY BEST*
Psycologist: How do you try to overcome your trauma?
Sunny: I Created a dreamworld where me and my friends tried to fight planet to beat a Casino mafia underwater
You already know the funny haha joke.
When Kel flexes, he feels his bestest(?)
Now laugh
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!
When I saw buffed up pluto I physically pogged.
I remember i literally beat pluto with one health because when he expanded everyone else was toast except omori
Haven't played the game yet, but this just feels like it would play during a bossfight with the dwarf planet Pluto but it evolved an entire body and was just recruited by an evil casino-owner that is actually a shark and the casino is a shipwreck underwater.
Yeah I haven't played the game yet either but it does give me the same vibe of a jojo-ified dwarf planet we all know and love as Pluto, who was recruited without pay by a casino owner who is a shark
How's your progress??
@@megapro1725 Yeah, I just completed the game. I'm depressed
Ah yes the point in the game where a literal loan shark pits your fast travel system (that just so happens to be a former planet) against a party of cognitive reconstructions of children.
Game: Physcological horror
Also game: GIANT PLANET HIRED BY LITERAL LOAN SHARK BASED ON THE CARD GAME SUNNY HAS ON HIS PC TRIES TO DESTROY YOU WITH HIS BUFF MUSCLES
hands down on of my favorite Omori songs, it's just so different from all the other songs in the game and really pumped me up to do the fight
I randomly got this in my head but could not remember what song it was, I could only remember it’s from Omori so I looked through the whole ost and now that I found it, my god it is even better than I remembered
this game is about trauma, phsycologic horror, confronting past, phobias, solitude, and fighting giant buffed Jojo-pluto hired by a shark who like clams.
Imagine describing to your friend that this is a horror game while your fighting a fucking planet that flexes
I LOVE HIM SO MUCH
I completely forgot this game dealt with suicide during that fight.
I'm gonna uninstall and hide omori and play it 1 or 2 years later so I can re-live what I felt when I first played it
I don’t think I’ve ever felt more genuine terror than seeing a shredded planet flex
I flexed once and I did feel my best. Truly words to live by. Thank you, Pluto.
i've never felt so happy in being betrayed in game as in this battle haha
Flex your best on me because..
You're in the endgame now!!!
Put this song on before I went to bed, as I jumped into my bed my entire body flexed at once and I bounced of my bed into my ceiling fan.
HOLY THIS SLAPS
Honestly I loved his fights so much. Fun as hell
