Graut oh ok
Is the Zay 808 and Spinz 808 sample in this drum kit?
0:52 I immediately could tell it was XO TOUR Llif3 just by looking at it.
hahstiko But its not perfect.
same lmao
I think at this point every producer has been interested in that pattern and its like iconic
Ikr😂✊
Same
ric flair drip also has one of the most recognizable 808s too
Fr, I was hoping he would have it in there
Migos fanboi niggas be like
@_CalmPsycho _ Right ears dumbass
@@life_is_gr8 that shit you just said was stupid
@@life_is_gr8 fuck the migos have to do with this??
That zay 808 is dominating todays music. Probably because it sounds so crisp on every speaker (also mobilephones)
It's not the kick, it's soundesign, and processing of the kick. Lots of dudes out here making money off dudes who could easily learn synthesis, sound design and processing to make even better drums. Dre always did that.
The Broham Nation I dunno bro. Lot of these tracks don’t sound a whole lot different when they’re mixed and mastered
Shit has changed since Dre’s era
@@mrdollard3859 These are soundwaves, nothing has changed.
@@mrdollard3859 Maybe you need more ear experience? But that's also because they all essentially sound the same.
This video was great. famous hihat pattern next?
Yeah bro! Hi hat patterns are important too..
On god this a good idea
Dima Sinyuk lmao
@@dimasinyuk8229 Nah Sometimes it's just too simple (I know it was a joke but still)

@Macky Vlogs BTS there hard doe
Kupon Choveka you old head ass nigga 😭 imagine thinking they’re garbage
The power of the 808 really gives a great illusion that the patterns are way harder than they really are, it's fascinating.

Nah fam happened to me too, seemed so hard to guess haha
@@kyngbitz exactly every time I was like "wait what how" haha
No I didn’t even get the xo tour life one right
If you tried to get me to recognize the 808 patterns in my own songs I still wouldn’t get them all.
Honestly seems kinda dumb, like u dont need to know this shit but if u guess it right than i guess thats cool
WHAT THA FACK😂😂😂 i guessed the xo tour life 808 pattern before it was playing! Bruh
FACTS
Vinny Beats bro me too!!

Ruben Wardlaw probably because it was super predictable that he would choose xo tour life first. I knew he was gonna play that song first before even clicking on the video so quit stroking your ego your not special

Maybe a childs "history" of hiphop
@@ZombieGhost2250 this
@@ZombieGhost2250 808 bass lines were nothing before trap came along, I don't think anyone could name a distinct 808 bass line before the year 2007, they were mainly just used as kicks, very few melodic lines
These vids are so Fun to watch! Can't wait for another episode
Who else got that, "hEeeey i see yOu, wOrKiNg oN YoUr bEaTs..." Ad?
"U want to be the next hottest producer" 😭
If I would’ve had this when I was maybe 20 I’d probably be a billionaire rn
this video is crazy man thanks for your work!

I really like this concept for a video, would be cool to see others in the same type of format.

AustinIsBrazy I’m not very smart because I misread the comment oh my. I feel soooo stupid. God bless
Another dope tutorial about 808s...I learned too much from you when I was started making beats.. Now I'm in the position of selling 2-3 exclusive beats everyday..Thanks you for being for us..
2-3 exclusives a daaaay?😳😳😳
Where do you sell them?
Lol just watched Studioplug vid and u wrote the same thing fuck outta here u bitch
Also i bet u dont sell anything and this is just a plug
@@stoyankolev5130 yoo I seen his stupid ass comment aswell on Studioplug lmao, he literally said the same shit
Thanks for this video! Hotline Bling is the only song on this list I've ever heard of so it's good to hear what the kids are listening to. Not my favorite style of production, but I'm begrudgingly adding some of this to my game lol ... let's see if I do better on Pt. II
Thanks for quality content!
Thanks for sharing man! A lot of these songs I missed out on what the bass pattern actually was!
It’s crazy because I can remember me blasting all of these songs from 2014-2019. I used to listen to the instrumental only versions of these songs 😂
Now this is a different kind of video. Good shit
2:27 🔥🔥 I need that 808 pattern in a hour long loop

Got every single one right bruh I listen to too much 808 mafia
Sick!!
This video is pretty cool. I don’t make music, I’m more of a video editor. So my talent is using sound and seeing images. I made beats for fun with my friends and I just couldn’t wrap my mind around how to piece 808s together. Dope just analyzing the 808s solo + drums. Subscribed forsure ✌🏻
bro really called drip too hard a fresh take on guitars with trap drums
respect loss
this shit cold paul
My 808s pattern has been to much same lately so thank you for inspiration for new patterns
IMPRESSIVE VERY NICE, NOW LETS SEE PAUL ALLENS 808SLIDES

Just bought em nice Nd affordable appreciate u
Great patterns! More lessons on 808
how do u get 808s to play as thought the notes are extended but keeping the notes short. eg, like xo tour life
This was harder than I thought.
Dope video. You should release more stuff like that...
When ur not a producer but you recognize all the songs🤟

i'm here to be inspired how to add 808's to my boombap in the nonstandard 90's way, iono any of these joints (except the last one of course) but a lot of these patterns are hard, lol
great vid, helped my beats.

Wtf happened to your microphone mount 🤣
Tschonsch good pfp
It’s not FoRnTnItE
Do more of these videos!
who's here after watching k beazys video and seeing all the comments?
question, once you lay your 808s do you also add a kick to match the 808s? or can the 808s carry the bass of the song on its own?
Some of these beats clearly have a kick thrown in, but not necessarily matching. Listen to 3:16. Sometimes you want a kick to hit without the low bass note. In fact, you can combine 808s with kicks and bass synth bits to create some intrincate patterns.
Cool 808s i need those
I need a beat like that !!!
I don’t know what I expected clicking on this video with my phone speakers
This kinda fun
damn kbeazy you fyed up
Do one on pop song beat patterns 💯💯💯
