Your voice is so calming yet motivating. I'm trying yet again to get into the routine of hola hooping, I'm not good at moving my legs and arms yet, it seems as though every time I make a move the hoop goes down 🥴 I'll keep at it and hopefully I'll get there. Thanks for a great workout!
Aw thank you 😊 i'm so happy that you feel motivated by my videos 😁 A little tip... speed up the hoop before you try an action with your arms or legs. This will give you a bit more time to recover your belly pump rhythm. If your hoop is falling every time you move you limbs, its probably because you stop pumping your belly in this moment. But with practice keeping the rhythm will feel more natural and you won't have to think about it anymore... Like breathing 😉 Remember that this is a journey, if you keep on taking it step by step you will get far. Don't put too much pressure on yourself and enjoy the ride 😎
Ha! I wish UA-cam existed when I first started hooping. I was hooping for a couple of years alone in my bedroom before I learned about tricks and hula hoop fitness. But I guess better late than never 😉 So happy you enjoy my videos. more coming soon 💫
