In the future variety will come helpful when you will be delivering your own classes it will make them more entertaining for your hoopers ♥️

I just finished this work out and as always I watched it in awe. You are doing such a great job. As we both are mothers your motivations and your understanding of how contracting it is to take care of children is plus all the other houseworks+works is so good to me. And I loved how you remind people that we should be good ourselves to be able to carry on much better what we are doing. Thank you so much once again. The fascia and all this information is helping me, too! Often in the fitness industry the focus is on burning fat, torching calories and fighting the body we have to achieve a body we will love... but it's not just the looks of a body that matter. It's how it feels. Often it takes someone years to learn this. We accumulate so much tension that can lead to pain, chronic conditions... when we exercise we improve overall wellbeing. We boost our flexibility, balance, break down tension. We strengthen our heart and lungs, arteries and airways. We manipulate hormones in our body to be secreted and saturate our every cell with good feelings. If I exercise I'm a better mum because the endorphins and dopamine and serotonin that exercise made me produce is calming me down to be a smiley, content, happy parent. If I don't exercise I get irritated easier & feel lower. Being a parent is always about giving and caring and providing. Often we forget we need that for ourselves, too. Exercise is not a selfish way to claim self care. If we exercise we will be better parents for longer 🧡 so keep claiming your precious minutes of playtime, it's better for the kids, too if we play and laugh 🧡 you're an epic role model 🧡🧡🧡

Thanks ♥️♥️♥️ I could be better but had chips and cake and other things 😂 I love my food... With Minka we can have such divine feasts together ♥️ but I never failed to hoop. I failed with diet but I showed up for my workouts and it looks like it is helping. Really feeling confident that although I'm not in my pre-pregnancy show shape and size but I'm absolutely getting there and will even try and exceed. I think I can get fitter than I've ever been. Just got to believe and we are half way there ♥️♥️♥️

I have been doing a lot of driving this past few weeks related to work and my body has atrophied. Today after DRIVING again, I found that I had the time and energy to hoop! This video was exactly what I needed to work out all my stiffness and aches!
Dear Alison, I know exactly what it feels like when because of work we have to be sedentary and it makes us feel low and limited when what we really need is space, movement, energy ❤❤❤ I encourage you to try and remember this feeling hooping gave you after driving again and you keep claiming even if just a few minutes to stretch out, play, get an invigorating massage and include self care in your day. You deserve it ❤❤❤

I absolutely needed a mindful, low impact, stretching workout today and Bee Varga and the universe delivered! It’s like you made this video just for me Bee 🥰 I’m usually exercising to upbeat music but this was a great change, made the workout into a meditation really and I feel so much better than I did before having had a great stretch out. I also love the way you are explaining all the technicalities of bodies and how they work/what they need along the way. Thank you 💕
Proud of you chick, even when busy and tired you show up and try your best. 15minutes can do some magic even on hectic days. I know you miss your routine but soon you can get back into it and until then please keep showing up for yourself even if for gentle stretchy sessions, that hoop is still giving you an epic workout and a lovely well deserved massage ♥️♥️♥️
