"Less is more." So, starting lighter and going longer helps a lot of people. If you go too heavy at first, you might not be pumping the weights as much as you need to do. I like two and three pounders MOST of the time. The fives are good for about half an hour for me.
Cheers Dan. The days are getting longer here in Ireland. Lots of walking to be done. Paul.
I'm looking forward t being back there.
👍
Thank you.

Both are fine
Start with two lbs.
What about shadow boxing with one kilo weights? how long should I build up to, ? thank you,
That's something Leonard did. I don't do it but it is pretty good. It "gets you going."
Do you have any thoughts or preference in regards to wearing a weight vest or a rucking backpack?
Not really. I have both. Personally I like the lighter weight vest we have.
Hey Dan, is there a way to do this indoors if the weather is bad?
The author has lots of ideas about this....mostly dance-like movments.
Just to clarify Dan, you recommend heavy hands with 3-5 lb dumbbells for 30-45 min daily?
