Ingredients and recipe:
Milk 200 ml
Sugar 70 grams
80 grams of vegetable oil
1 whole egg + 1 egg white
Dry yeast dough 9 grams
Bread flour or all-purpose flour about 600 grams
Salt 4 grams
Knead until you get a smooth and uniform dough
Rest in a greased container until the dough doubles in volume
Divide the dough into 12 parts and shape each part into a ball
Open every ball like me
Apply some chocolate or Nutella on the surface of the dough and roll
Form the dough like a film
You can make some bread without chocolate like I did
Put it in an oven tray on fireproof paper and rest for 10 minutes
Brush the surface of the bread with a mixture of egg yolk and milk
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C(356 °F) until the surface of the bread is golden.
