You are so clever, these are simply beautiful.I am having my daughter and grandson for dinner tomorrow night,I am going to try making these as a surprise for my grandson.I guess the milk, bread and other ingredients are the same as for the other bread type reciepes.Kath from downunder.
Great video guys and gals. It sounds like your music came straight off a 1970’s sitcom when they’d play their transistor radio’s that were playing “Rock & Roll.” 😂
she's an artist !!! I bet they taste great also....sure do look good !!! thumbs up * have no idea how this was recommended to me but I watched it till the end :-)
Made this and it was great - thanks for the idea and the all the detailed advice! However, a warning to people... If you make them for the first time, don't expect the piggies to look exactly like what you see at the end of the video!! 😁 It requires a lot of skill and hats off to creating something that amazing looking!! Still, that shouldn't keep you from making this. Even if the piggies are not as stunning, they are still a lot of fun and will be sure crowd pleasers. Just make a couple of extras and hide the less than perfect ones. Since those tasted just as good, they didn't last very long, either. BTW, there are some alternatives to what's suggested further down the page, for the eyes. I just "stabbed" the poor things where the eyes should be with a skewer to create little eye sockets and inserted a black sesame (or can be something similar, like nigella) seed into each of them. The result was quite good, with dark, beady little eyes.
vaya gracias que belleza lo que haces yo apenas llevo 2 clases en panaderia pero me encanta lo que hice fue ahora galleta ajedrez, moncaibas, y en la clase siguiente veremos galleta base y galleta rizada.
Hi, thanks for the cuties, they r a feast to the eyes! Can I know why u only flatten the edge of the round dough but leave it thicker at the center please?
Hi sorry for late reply. The pleated area will be thick and it sits pleated side down during baking. If the dough is too thin on the top, it may break. I was trying to achieve the same amount of thickness for top and bottom. Hope this helps and thank you for watching! Cheers!
Hi Donna, yes you can make them ahead of time. Re-heat in the microwave oven for about 20-30 seconds if you kept them in the fridge. You can also freeze them. If you re-heat them in the microwave oven, consume immediately otherwise they become chewy n dry. You can also re-heat in the oven on low heat. Cheers!
@@bakecookandcreate9948 Great job on first try, I will try this even tho everything I make looks like it was made by kindergarteners, not a good cook. But great video.
Hi thank you for watching. After they are baked, use brown or black food pen to draw the eyes and nose. You can use black sesame seeds or mustard seeds and stick them on after egg washing them before baking, but they sometimes tend to change position after baking. Using the food pen is easier. 🙂
Who would give this a thumbs down? They're so cute!
I am going to make this! My grandchildren will love it! Thank you so much for the idea!
You are welcome Jenny. I hope they will love it! Thank you so much for watching. Cheers! :-)
I made these and... they taste so good. Nice dough recipe. They came out just like hers.
I am so glad that they turned out well for you. You're awesome!🙂
When some people play with their food, it is art. Very cute Thank You.
Haha I like the way you put it. When some people play with words, they sound like music to the ears. 😉 Thank you 🙂

Yes, pretty much similar. You can use any bread type recipes as long as you know that they will turn out nice and soft. Cheers!
Omg that is the cutest food I’ve seen all year

Thank you Rebecca! I am glad you like the music, not everyone's cup of tea though😉
Well, I'm a major lover of 60's type music, which this reminds me of. Takes me back to happier times. That said, you're very talented.

Very nice buns. How you did the eyes and nose?
I simply used a food coloured pen. I think I did show it at the end of the video :-)

I must have missed it. I did not see you use the pen for the eyes and nose. Thx for the video! ^,^
I did not see the food colored pen in the video. Did you add that after baking or before baking.? Thank you.
No you didn't show in the video that you use food black pen for eyes and nose.
Bravo. Great job.
Thank you! Appreciate it. :-)
I love the egg wash brush you used...where did you get that?
Hi Kathy, I made it myself :-)
How did you make your egg wash?
🐷....Yummm
The are really CUTE💕
Thanks!😉😁
Ooo such a good idea. Do you think I could use cheese inside? I don’t eat beef.
The filling is very optional Shelly. By the way it's pork not beef🙂 As long as anything you put in it is not of a runny consistency, it's fine. 🙂🙂
Bake Cook And Create fabulous! Thank you ever so much!
I am SO going to try making these! But, stupid question: how did you do the eyes and nostrils?
Lol! Not a stupid question. I used food colour pen after baking.

can these be reheated? Can you make them ahead of time?

@Bake Cook And Create How did you get the eyes, and nostrils brown?
Hi Clyde, I used brown colour food pen to draw them on after they have been baked.🙂
@@bakecookandcreate9948 Awesome. tyvm for answering
so Cute Thank you

Cling film hates me, it's always getting bunched up and I end up with a crumpled piece lol
Lol! Just use a tea towel or plastic bag to cover the bowl. Make the cling film jealous! :-)

Hi thank you for watching. After they are baked, use brown or black food pen to draw the eyes and nose. You can use black sesame seeds or mustard seeds and stick them on after egg washing them before baking, but they sometimes tend to change position after baking. Using the food pen is easier. 🙂
