A mother can never forget the loss of a child and death is usually represented with flowers, like how people put flowers next to or on someone's grave. Not sure if that's what you were getting at but its still amazing. I should add that this is a wonderful mothers day map.
The flowers are actually very symbolic in the Promised Never land (the show the song "Isabella's lullaby" is from) however, this is used in a different way, having the flowers being the cause of the deaths
I think the flowers could symbolize their innocence, seeing as they were all very young when they passed.

@@buhhhg it's not that they sprout from the body. In the promise Neverland, the demons stab the flower into the human and it blooms red. It's the demon's way of showing respect and thanking their "God" for the meal. Also, the flower itself is vampiric and reacts to the blood. It's used by the demons to also extend the shelf life of meats

I agree! She may have been a bad cat but if we look at it from her perspective, she was truly hurting from the loss of her kits. I feel like some people forgot the emotional pain that Mapleshade had went threw which kinda drove her to insanity causing her to want and get revenge on everyone who betrayed her.
Bluefur parts were amazingly stunning both with art piece and atmosphere it gave. I cried damn loud.
I SO AGREE!! I loved Bluestar's Prophecy and that put a whole new twist on it. The part with Snowfur and Mosskit was really cool, how they were just basically stenciled out.

The Fallen Leaves part made me cry. I think Broken Shadow was the most heartbroken mother in the series.

Well, I think any mother who has lost their kit or watched them grow up without a mother/kit relationship (cough cough Yellowfang, Bluestar, or Leafpool) Feels the most pain. A feeling of loosing their kit, before the mother themselves dies especially, is probably a horrible feeling. You cant really compare who felt more heartbroken. Speckletail’s last kit got taken away by a bird, which drove her mad. Bluestar had to give her kits to their father in another clan, and watched them grow up, without loving Bluestar as long as they could. There is always pain in loving someone that cant live on to give you an amazing life. Yes, Broken Shadow’s loss was sad, and she was heartbroken, but you cant compare one thing to another when the are the same thing. You cant compare Broken Shadow loosing a kit to any other she cat loosing a kit and do so by saying Broken Shadow was more heartbroken.

I've always loved Isabella's lullaby, even though shes not singing any words, you can hear the heartache in her voice.
3 years later and the part where it hits that emotional beat with bluestar and mosskit still makes me tear up.
1) Lay down.
2.) Try not to cry.

When I saw Snowkit being taken, I cried, omg! I remember being so sad in that part of the book.

The saddest seemed like Bluestar and Moss kit. The clash added so much more emotion to it.
The scene with Smokepaw really makes me see it differently then when i read it in the books. Its so much more emotional here and it make me really feel for Nightwing and how upset she must have been.
Wow. If I'm being completely honest, this MAP gave me goosebumps. I actually have them as I'm trying this comment, incredible. Every animator on this did such a maginificant and BEAUTIFUL job on your parts. Not only through the artwork and editing itself, but the emotions you were able to portray in the time-span of just a few seconds. If I had the time to write a specific comment for every animator, I would. Also, Clover, wonderful song choice. For some reason It feels greater when there aren't words/lyrics to go with it. The fact that this popped into my recommendations makes me ecstatic, and I feel thorougly blessed to be given something like this today.
Happy Mother's Day to all the moms reading this. I want you to know that we thoroughly appreciate everything you do for us. Cheers to another year of prosperity!

I mean..I liked speckle wish....freckle wish???......snow kit's mom- but i didn't like how she was so in denial that her son couldn't be a warrior and got angry at other cats. But then I felt bad for her over how hard she tried to make snow kit an apprentice and stuff.. Like how she tapped the ground and sent vibrations to him even tho it would never work out.

It's incredibly rare that a warriors map truly makes me cry but this one had me actually sobbing. This is still one of my favorite warriors maps of all time.

The artists did so well with the pained and crying expressions, it really adds to the depth of the video. You can feel how sad they were along with the music.

On a rewatch I actually shed tears.
Being raised in a loving family, watching this map- the melancholic music, the tragic portrayals of the equally sad deaths- made me realize how appreciative I should be of my parents & my life.
I can’t imagine what it would be like if I lost my mom or if she lost me.
This makes you want to hug your mother tight because you feel like either one of you won't see each other again. Sad feels

Is it just me or did Teparda's part seriously crush my heart, soul and emotions? I lost all control, ended up rolling on the floor in my own tears. The slow motion snow and delicate flashes.

This is so sad i started crying because it reminds me of losing my grandparents who died of the virus when i watch this it makes me feel happy like im close to my grandparents each day

I feel bad for all of them, but honestly I feel Brokenshadow suffered the most. The others(as horrible as this is to say) at least had some closure, assuring them their kits were in StarClan. But Brokenshadow........didn't. She just waited there, hoping that he'd come back. And never truly knew what actually happened to him.
