This is so well paced! I actually got chills during the gathering scene! I love how it has sort of a “slow burn” quality to the storytelling. It stays fairly held back for as long as needed, and then during the scenes where the story starts to turn, it becomes much faster and frantic! It’s really hard to have something like that in a collaborative project, so props to you! Can’t wait to see what you do next!!
Someone should make an au where Jayfeather is Squirrelflight and Ashfur’s son. Just an idea that popped in my head, anyone have any ideas on how the story could change from there? I think it would be interesting because Jayfeather neither resembles Crowfeather or Leafpool, unlike his brother and sister. EDIT: Okay so I've flushed this au out a little more. (It does contain a few plot holes) Leafpool and Crowfeather "got together" around the same time as Squirrelflight and Ashfur. When Leafpool told her about the kits she was going to have, Squirrelflight easily agreed to the plan of taking them in, for two reasons. She already looked pregnant, due to her kit, and so it would be easy to pass of the birth of the rest of them. She was also afraid if she gave birth to Jayfeather, and Brambleclaw figured out he was Ashfur's, Brambleclaw would push her away. So if she took in her sisters kits, if the time arose where the secret was revealed of Leafpool's affair with Crowfeather, she could say Jayfeather was also Leafpool’s kit. She told Leafpool her reasoning behind accepting the plan, not wanting to manipulate her sister. Leafpool agreed to take the responsibility of Jayfeather's mother should the secret be revealed in turn for her sister’s service. (Then again SF so could probably just lie to BC that JF was theirs, so uhhhhh) They then gave birth the same day and Squirrelflight took both kits, raising them to be her and Brambleclaw’s. It would mess with the fact Yellowfang told her she was infertile, but other then that I think it could align with the plot pretty well. Of course, would Jayfeather ever find out who his real parents were? Would Brambleclaw? I dunno. (Also @McKenna Johnston's idea of Ashfur wanting revenge is a great addition)

The premise of this MAP, especially near the ending, actually syncs up extremely well to the current arc, The Broken Code, where Ashfur takes over Bramblestar's body to get revenge on the living.
This is so good! I would assume hollyleaf would either torment or make up with ashfur in starclan but you somehow made her do both and I love it! I also love sweeny Todd so I'm glad this is a thing! It fits so well because she acts more frantic a when she tells her point of view as if it's hard for her.. I love this map.
He's trying so hard but it's oh so difficult to make things move when you're a ghost you see. Being incoporeal and all really puts a wrench in your plans for dramatics.
The fact that a multi animatior project was able to unintentionally predict the future plot of a series is the most warrior cat thing ever, I mean that in the best way possible ❤
the story of ashfur shouldve ended like it was supposed to, with hollyleaf being truthful when she said she and him were beginning to get along well in starclan. it shouldve been genuine (for the sake of ashfurs arc) that he change his ways. it made no sense for the team to draw his “story” out as long as they did; plus, we wouldnt have lost a dear character (who i wont name for spoilers sake) by the end of it. ash had an obsession, he acted out on it in a terrible way, and he paid for it with his life. something that drastic shouldve been the turning point for him in which he actually questioned his behavior and changed. instead we got the latest arc… cant say im happy with it.

Aside from my general fanboy babbling about how enthused I am that there's so many more new Sweeney Warriors MAPs, thank you so much for unintentionally making me realize how much I like Helena Bonham Carter's voice for Hollyleaf. I'd never considered it before, but it actually works really well for me now that I've seen that voice come out of that character.

I’m so glad you did this, most people forget that they actually didn’t hate each other when they got into StarClan just saying they avoided each other cause it was awkward.
This is now my favourite MAP by far - it is such an amazing idea with an amazing song. Every animator and artist put so much work into their parts and you can clearly see it here in the finished product. Absolutely beautiful, gave me goosebumps the first time watching it!
I really like the song choice. Almost every other map makes Hollyleaf and Ashfur’s dynamic feel like a high school drama, when really it’s more than some edgy story.
Oh god this was such a clever idea! And while I personally think Squirrelflight gets way too much shit for having basic boundaries and trying to help her family- these two making up in starclan would be a delight! Also still quietly shipping ashflight whoops

I’m so glad you did this, most people forget that they actually didn’t hate each other when they got into StarClan just saying they avoided each other cause it was awkward.
This is now my favourite MAP by far - it is such an amazing idea with an amazing song. Every animator and artist put so much work into their parts and you can clearly see it here in the finished product. Absolutely beautiful, gave me goosebumps the first time watching it!

I really like the song choice. Almost every other map makes Hollyleaf and Ashfur’s dynamic feel like a high school drama, when really it’s more than some edgy story.
Oh god this was such a clever idea! And while I personally think Squirrelflight gets way too much shit for having basic boundaries and trying to help her family- these two making up in starclan would be a delight! Also still quietly shipping ashflight whoops
