Chad is a awesome guy and so is James Pretty. I'm just not impressed w Tim Gentry. As for Steve w FSC, he's probably a decent guy but I've never seen someone trying so hard to "Be someone" that badly in a loooong time. Perhaps he's isn't but it sure seems that way.
I stopped watching FSC after he posted a video of him cutting in line at the last minute in construction Some guy told him he should know better and his response was DONT WORRY ABOUT IT I WILL ALWAYS BE FIRST I lost all respect for him Not kool

Mike. Sorry you were snubbed by Tim Gentry. But like 1951Spanky said in a comment below, maybe that is a good thing. I have watched his videos for a while, and it is not hard to see that if one does not give him the attention he is looking for, he does not have time for you. I would bet that if you had "met" him on camera, it would have been a completely different story. He definitely is one that is not true to himself and others, including his son. He has promised Braxton numerous times to get the Air Force Cabover finished, then he will shelve Braxton's project in a heartbeat to get his own personal projects done. Not much of a good father figure if you ask me. Plus, he seems to abandon ALL of his other kids. He can contradict himself in a heartbeat, and even does it in the same video. I shake my head when it happens. Some of the things he does, and the way he does them causes negative comments on his channel, to which he labels those as hate comments. If he would only listen. I have watched the interaction between Tim and his Dad, and I sometimes think his Dad (figuratively), just rolls his eyes and walks away. Anyway, I enjoy seeing what you do with the trucks, and hope you and your Dad are getting along okay. Good Luck!

It’s just like this situation there was a lot of great ppl that kicked in to help it was hard to personally thank everyone of them same as the truck show I tried to give everyone at least 1 minute of my time that was very hard to do with a line blocking the entire hall way

I would love to see that.. I'm just a young buck who is still a little wet behind the ears but I love listening to the old timers knowledge and stories. Just off these last 2 videos Mike posted alone I learned more from his Dad on the KT Cummins motors, the 359 cab exhaust, and many other things than most anyone.

He snubbed his viewers also. Couldn't even do a 15 minute live to all his viewers. Him and Bruce Wilson put out one video a week if your lucky anymore.

It might not be fair to judge people just by videos, and I've watched some of his, but I have never
liked him, or his channel. My gut feeling is usually right, and I have always felt that there was something
that just wasn't quite right, and that feeling became even stronger recently after his shop burned down...
Kinda strange that the guy was running a bunch of trucks that honestly weren't very nice, and working on them
in a shop that looked like a fire hazard, but after his shop burned down, things started changing quickly and it
appears that he has somehow managed to end up in the Semi Casual circle...
It seems like lately he has been doing things with the felon Bruce Wilson. Ironically there seem to be some similarities
between the two, only Wilson is playing on a much bigger scale...
These are just my opinions, but it really came across on camera that you were disappointed that he ghosted you,
and I don't blame you. There's no reason for him to be rude., even if he was busy.
Derek on VGG has over 1.5 million subscribers and works 26 hours a day, yet he always finds the time to talk
to people even if it's only very briefly. I think Gentry could have at least taken a few seconds to acknowledge you.

When I did happen to watch one of TG's videos that showed his shop, I always felt like I needed a shower. I'm not one to quickly judge people, and I will never criticize people because they don't have nice things, but even if they don't have nice things, they can still be kept clean and taken care of...
I did watch the shop fire videos and the first thing I thought was that his reaction to everything seemed really staged
and unnatural, but I didn't comment on it at the time because most people react differently under high stress situations,
and given what happened, it would have been a really crappy thing to say if I misjudged.

an addition of one new Pete, and if I remember correctly another is on the way. Last time I spec'd out a new Pete,
the price continues to go up and they ain't giving them away, but then again, they never were LOL.
It's really unfortunate to see BW essentially force feeding himself into Fitzgerald / SemiCasual because they truly are
a class operation and very successful. BW on the other hand, well let's just say that there are a lot better choices if
they are looking for someone to do whatever it is he's doing. I think it's called leaching...
I noticed not long ago that TG was following in BW's footsteps, and trying to weasel his way onto their coat tails too.
It was blatantly obvious in one video where TG asked the SemiCasual guys if they wanted to go for a ride in his red Pete.
I'm sure they were beside themselves with excitement, but being the class act they are, the SC guys tried to seem enthusiastic
about this once in a lifetime chance.
A companies reputation can be ruined in a matter of minutes, but it can take years to rebuild that reputation. Just sayin...

Shoutout from PA I enjoy ur videos and the knowledge from your dad with trucks is great to hear again don't hear that much anymore with the newer generation. Keep it going.. It sad that Tim gentry has to be like that but heard he does that alot of people so it's nothing new I used to watch his stuff but all these lives that are 2 hrs long and nothing gets done just got boring and I haven't watched in months now I also noticed he can't stick with anything always selling buying and changing up and it got old it only 2 years or more to finish that truck I guess Westin had alot of patience I know I'd be upset waiting that long to get my truck back but maybe he didn't care
The ALCAN cab your dad is talking about was made in the states too. Down here it was the heavy duty cab. All of the heavy spec Michigan Specials came with that cab also. I think after like 82 or so it became the standard cab. That extra panel is made of steel to give it more strength on the body if you look closely the panel on the back above the cab mounts is also steel and there for the same reason. Don’t let it get ya down about Tim Gentry snubbing ya that’s a blessing in disguise. You’re far more enjoyable to watch anyway.

Mike, I don't really like to talk about people, but, in the beginning I started watching gentry and son and after about 6 months I watched him slowly change. I no longer watch his stuff. That is all I'm going to say about the situation. Love ya buddy. Love watching your videos. Keep em coming. Say hi to your dad and your wife. GOD bless. So glad you three are having a wonderful time. I wanted to come over and see and meet you three, but I can't walk but about five minutes, and my sciatic nerve on the right side gives out. I only live about five miles from the fairgrounds where the show is going on. I'm so sad and sorry I missed you guys, but maby next time the LORD willing. You three have a safe trip going home.

I'm not going to throw stones, but I'm disappointed that that Steve guy went on and on... Our shop builds new trucks for our customers that can compete with all the others if needed. I'm just saving old trucks on a budget because I love them.

My son who passed was a show car guy where I was a fix them to make money guy ! so I really never got into the show stuff even though I would help him out when asked, I'am 87 years old so maybe that's why I act this way . As far as being snubbed by Tim Gentry I find it hard to swallow because he is a great guy! could of been a off moment ! Not taking up for tim but if it was saturday when this happened someone had poisioned his dog at truck show he got tore all to hell when that happened so he may been dealing with that
