I love the How To Videos from each of you. For some reason the algorithm doesn’t pick up right away. A lot of us are looking for how to’s but for me I set my account to alert me of new post and it’s hit or miss. Unless I happen to search out your channels specifically. That whenI find out about post.. But I know other niche markets contributors complain about the same thing too… is not just skincare/soap industry

I really enjoyed watching you all chatting about your journeys with your businesses and UA-cam channels. It's so lovely to see a supportive community, offering so much advice and help to those of us who are aspiring business owners. I have been following Jerika's story for a while now - have just subscribed to Tara's channel - and have recently submitted my soap recipe for assessment (I live in the UK). I also enrolled at Formula Botanica to learn more about formulations as I wanted to understand the process better before launching my business, however, after watching you sharing your knowledge in this video, it has given me the confidence to launch the business and learn and develop as I go. Jenna your UK business advice is so valuable, thank you for such wonderful advice.

Wow! Brilliant session. I have followed Jerika and Tara for around 2 years now and only recently started following you, Jenna. Thank you for pushing past the natural inclination to live in your bubbles and putting yourselves ou there. Love you all - inspiriational! Im a hobbyist who loves to formulate (and now don't buy ANY of my own bath and beauty products - make them all myself). I am in the process of looking to get my soap recipe assessed and the avalanche that is UK regulation paperwork! Not to set up a business as such but so i can safely and legally sell what I love to make as there is no way I can use all of it myself. Really looking forward to the next chat already.

I really enjoyed every moment of that, I feel like we all have the same brain and I would love to one day get to chat with you 3 together. I am in the UK and just submitting more assessments and my goodness it'e expensive and complicated. I understand why it needs to be done but boy i wish i was in america to take advantage of those slightly more relaxed rules. I sort of feel that as long as we are using things within the right and safe usage rates then we should be able to make what we want. But sadly not. It was great to hear all your origin stories too. I'm at the point with my story that i am struggling with health and I've had to go part time with the full time job to focus more on SoPea and hopefully grow that to a point where it takes over and I can go all in with SoPea. 🤞I have all 3 of you on my Patreon and love all the knowledge you have to give and i appreciate you all. Jerika-/everyone -how do you charge for your time?
Hi, thanks for watching, so sorry, but I didn't see this comment until now. Are you talking about wages? You can allocate an hourly wage for yourself and then times that by how long it takes you to make a batch of products then divide by the number of products in the batch and add it to your product costs. If you mean in terms of video sponsorships etc, then that will be personal to you and how long it takes you to create content, who is paying you and what you feel you are worth :)
