The forest is quite lush with green trees.... Providence Canyon State Park...very interesting....Like little Grand Canyon of Georgia....so beautiful....
That is a beautiful area, Melissa. So much like Southern Utah colors too. Really neat. I see why a return trip is worth it. Beautiful trail, flowers, and scenery. Thanks for sharing your visit here! Have a wonderful day.
Another very informative travel video!! Definitely have to have a good pair of shoes for that trail. Thank you for showing us around the cannons. Keep up the family travel guys!! Rg
State Park is looking so nice so beautiful great fantastic video keep up good work thanks for shared stay always connected dear friend. God bless you 🎁🎁🎁♥️♣♥ 🙏🙏
Wow 3:08 🙂🙂🙂 Thx for sharing my friend🤩👍 🙏⚘️🙂, enjoy watching to the end . Happy Sunday ⚘️ 😊 😃 😀 😄 😁. God bless 👏 🙌 🙏 ❤️. Fully support from Canada 🇨🇦 ❤️.
the colours were amazing :) Sorry so far behind, we just had a hurricane pass by and lost power and trying to catch up, hope yall are doing well, see you soon :)
Hi Curtis and Melissa! Once again, we enjoyed watching your informative travel video! The park is so beautiful, hope we could visit it someday. Love the music too. Thank you for sharing! 🤍
Hi and thanks, Adventures Are Out There for sharing. Wow, I have been to GA many times but have never known this canyon. Beautiful with the landscape of the red sand. As you said, there is water on the trail...will it stain your shoes?? ...4:50 I wonder if we can see fall foliage in this canyon to explore??? Well done. Adding to my bucket list.🙋♀🙋♀🚣♀🚣♀
It is amazing what erosion can do, whether it is from poor farming practices or by rivers in nature. The loved all of the colors in the canyon and the floor of the canyon did look slippery. Great tip on wearing some sturdy shoes. I would love to see this State Park for myself, the next time I am in Georgia. Have a great week! ~ Anita
Its wasn't slippery at all, very sandy and little wet, super easy to walk in, of course they say check the weather before you go down the canyon, wouldn't want to be down there if a rainstorm came through. It's definitely worth the visit, we have been twice now in one year :)
We can see why you visited this park twice! The views from the rim are awesome, and it looked fun hiking through the canyons. Definitely see a resemblance to Bryce Canyon, as well. Informative & interesting commentary about the park. Well done! Hope your week is off to great start! 😊👍
Definitely not as grand as Bryce Canyon but with all the green trees and orange it did resemble it to me :) Thank y'all so much for taking the time and watching and commenting, hope your week is going great as well! :)
That is absolutely amazing how red the ground and canyon is! It truly has a similar look to Bryce Canyon! It was so neat to see to see the deer prints! I have actually never been to this state park before! Thank you so much for sharing!
Hi Melissa that was wonderful to see. This state park is amazing! And it's great how you can go to the canyon floor . That part you showed of Bryce Canyon did look similar. Strange how these canyons were formed by poor farming but like you said, it left us with great views! It was beautiful in those slot like canyons that had all of the different colours in, that was really great to see . The photos that you took were brilliant too . Also seeing the deer prints and the Methodist church was a bonus. You covered a lot here 😃👏So good , thanks ~ Anna
Thanks so much Anna! This was such a neat area, because there is nothing like this around, visually stunning place to visit and walk around! As always we appreciate your time you take to watch and comment!! Thank you! xoxo Melissa
This place is stunning and I always wanted to go see it. It really looks like somewhere out west near Bryce canyon or something like that. Loved seeing the beauty of the place and the information you provided. The old cemetery would be awesome to see roo.
Thanks Nicole!! This was so neat to see in Georgia because there is nothing like it around. It reminded us of Bryce Canyon, but on a smaller level. Really loved this SP, so glad you enjoyed :)
Wow! Another lovely park you found!! You always find the best places :) Those rock formations of the canyon is so amazing! It really does look like Utah. The trails are so beautiful! Canyons 4 &5 really do look so beautiful. Those azaleas are so beautiful!! Amazing that church is from 1832, wow. The gravestone years really are amazing. Another amazing video!! Your footage is always SO beautiful!! Thank you so much for bringing us along on your adventures! :)
Who would thought that was a result of poor farming practice, wow! The trail to the canyon floor is gorgeous. Is it slippery? I love the wildflower and butterfly shots! Have a great weekend Mellisa and family! Take care❤
Hey friends! No the trail wasn't slippery, maybe if it had rain it would be. The canyon floor always has water, but its more sandy then slippery, sorry hope I wasn't confusing :) Thanks so much for taking the time and watching friends :)
we would never thought that those canyons were a result of poor farming. it does look beautiful, reminding us of Bryce canyon. the view from the canyon floor is as majestic as the view from above. love this video, very informative, well narrated, and the views that you captured here are incredible. 👍46, and subscribed
I know right? We wonder what they were farming that caused that, it never told us :) But thank you so much for watching and subbing, we will return the nice gesture :)
I am going in a couple of days, really looking forward to checking it out. I actually just learned today that it is not a natural formation. I saw the Grand Canyon recently but I am still really looking forward to this one. I got a new camera a few months back and I am looking forward to the chance to take some really amazing photos. Even if it is going to be pretty cold. Good to know about the water at the bottom of the trails, definitely going to alter what shoes I pack based on that.
@@AdventuresAreOutThere you mentioned in your video at around 0:50 that this canyon was formed by poor farming practices. I also saw someone else say the same thing. I was referring to what you said about Providence Canyon not the Grand Canyon. I realized I didn’t make that clear in my initial post. But I really appreciated your video and the information. Especially about the water at the bottom of the trails.
We agree, the colors in the ground are amazing! 🙂 we have been to a out half of the ga state parks, we r trying to go to them all 😀 Vogel, Fort mountain, cloudland canyon are other really great ones we like 👍
Nope not at all, there is parking all along the top rim. So you can park see a part of the top, then drive down the road, park again walk out and see the top. Very accessible 😀
That is absolutely amazing how red the ground and canyon is! It truly has a similar look to Bryce Canyon! It was so neat to see to see the deer prints! I have actually never been to this state park before! Thank you so much for sharing!

I will have to visit this our next time in GA. Mr. Martini is from there. It does look like Bryce.
Yall should :)
Providence Canyon is beautiful. I've been there many times and it looks a little different each time, probably because of the erosion. Great video!
I bet :) The erosion keeps it ever changing :)
Impressive State Park. We didn't expect to see such a colorful rock formation in Georgia. Seems worth a stop the next time we are in the area.🙂
I know right, we were pleasantly surprised by this park. it was beautiful :) So glad you liked it, we really appreciate you watching :)

That's crazy the canyons were caused by poor farming practices I can't imagine what they were doing, still beautiful pictures though.
I know right, crazy but it made for stunning views! :)

@BryanLankston awesome, have fun, it's one of our favorite Georgia State parks. How was it formed then?

apakah itu bekas galian tambang..?
It’s one of the most beautiful Georgia state parks I’ve ever been to so far. You can see the state of Alabama from the observation deck.
We agree, the colors in the ground are amazing! 🙂 we have been to a out half of the ga state parks, we r trying to go to them all 😀 Vogel, Fort mountain, cloudland canyon are other really great ones we like 👍
Do you have to walk too much to see the top part
Nope not at all, there is parking all along the top rim. So you can park see a part of the top, then drive down the road, park again walk out and see the top. Very accessible 😀
