Several fires have been reported to have been lit deliberately here in this building. The skylights used to be covered but perished in the heat causing them to collapse into the building.

The blast doors won't be re purposed, makes sense to put blast proof doors on boiler and plant rooms in case of explosion

Isn't it about time this wasteland is renovated.Who owns this land Docks board? The council should step in prime waterside land is left a mess for so many years.Sell the land and do something with it.

@@ALWResearchTeam Would need to stay and got 1 night in North wales in mind for 3 places, Then done with spending money going a long way. Will try flickr photo site again next year, had twice and shut down!. Like all things I gave to, or tried, This YT will go to the timelapse building site photos I do every 4 weeks. Get as far as I can with them building houses on a field then done. New drone rules January so can finish it if I wanted to carry on, A3 far away catergory next year on photos every now and then. will give this YT this year, Got some ideas, Portsmouth tunnels in a cliff face, well know by the local darlings, Wales, a few local things.
