I wanted to see the progress on the north side of the island, hopefully some land banking soon. Funny, I am for the Northeast US, this guy definitely a US east coast city guy! It’s the cost for a beachfront 3 bedroom two bathroom condo with a private pool, a dock on a 5 mile Caribbean island 2 minutes away by boat from the barrier reef and a stone throw away from Caye Chapel where the Four Seasons are being built. There are also more affordable alternative options
