Noticed this the other day when I was washing my truck. They turned on for like 3 sec. Freaked out and thought it was from the water. Then last night my cousin wakes me up at 3am telling me they were on. When we both got to the door they were off. Safe to say I wasn’t happy to be woke up. Anyways googled it and found d this video. I’ll be doing this before going into work today. Thanks for the video.
Apparently you supposed to run it through your driver side firewall and plug it into the fuse box under your dash driver side. And was the original way to install it.

There’s literally a fuse that says “DRL”. Why not use that one?
2018 Tacoma trd sport premium package. Does it need to be tapped in cause my drl is dimmed like a soft white look. Yours is brighter than mines.
Huh... I see DRL on that panel... Wouldn't that be a perfect fuse, or is it useless without the stick option?
2012 does not have that INJ fuse. I dont really see another option.
So just go ahead and switch those two fuses it's not going to mess anything up I'm having the same problem...

@@nncs my headlights did that on my TRD sport a couple of times since I got them installed this past Monday.
@@djmasterty2309 it will keep happening. It’s just the background computers working. This is the fix. Good luck 👍🏻
