If your headlight mode is on 'auto' and it's dark, the headlights will bypass the animation because it's important that you have lowbeams on. Try putting the headlights on 'off' or 'drl' mode and then release the e-brake after starting the car. The headlights will go through the animation before going into drl mode.
This thing is nice and all but an expensive product should not hyperflash when its plug n play. Halogen to a whole LED assembly should come with bulit anti hyper flash. I could not even use my driver turn signal it was hyper flashing at first then totally blew after that.
They should have just upgraded the boards and rewired the insides of the v1 to do what these do to produce a v1.5. I prefer to have 5 projectors than 4 . They obviously did some cost cutting
anyone got issue with the animation? i just install these on my fk8 and using the black plugs only i don't see the animation for turning on the car and shutting off the car. Other than that everything works, also for the double plugs do you use 1 side green and 1 side black, because there is only 1 slot on each side

Question, I see you’re running aggressive offset. Do you think I would need any fender mods for 18x9.5 +22 with spoon springs? I know spoon isn’t quite as low as others so just wondering if that’s ok.
Unfortunately in the video it doesn't appear to outperform the honda OEM LED headlights. I'm not convinced people have claimed and morimoto compared their LED XB to the good ol halogen. That should tell you something

These are so 🔥🔥🔥 , too bad Morimoto didn’t send me the plugs to connect them 🤦🏽♂️. The worst part is they told me they don’t have any extra plugs 😢

I installed mine. Couldn’t get the animation done. But I did notice the 4banger fogs from morimoto don’t work. And the oem fogs do work.
How do you enable the startup animation? I connected everything but no startup animation I have the blue plug used.

Are there any ECE markings on the headlights? Usually found on the frame or the lens itself
V1 looks really good also, if only they can make updated version of V1

Damn +22 is a ton of poke for stock body. Would need a ton of camber lol
