How the animation process works:
Step 1: Get an Idea
Step 2: Write a script
Step 3: Spend 2-3 months drawing each frame by hand
Step 4: Realize you forgot to save your project and all your hard work is down the drain...
Step 5: Sign up therapy

i see some people telling me these tips are for lazy animators, I WANNA CLARIFY THAT THESE TIPS ARE FOR GETTING YOU STARTED. ( if you havent already )
PLEASE CONTINUE TO IMPROVE AND MAKE YOUR ANIMATIONS MUCH BETTER. I just wanted to make this video a little longer and thats what i did.

i remember trying to be a storytime animator a while ago. the process was pretty long and difficult, and i ended up giving up at the lip syncing part. i have a lot of respect for young people who animate so well, i could have never done it. it’s also cool to see how much people improve. congrats on 24k btw pog
For me lip syncing was not the challenge, it was walk cycles. I still have no idea how to animate a walk cycle ;-;
Tip: Don't overstress/overwork yourself these things take lots of time

Nice vid, your tips and tricks section is a great way to start! My #1 tip for beginning channels is to really work on your scripts, and try to make them as funny and engaging as possible! Also PLEASE try to make your audio as clear as possible.
I already know how to animate ('cause I've been doing it for like, a year) but I recently started using Adobe Animate CC 2020 and I couldn't find anything on how to lipsync. but then I watched this video and now I know how to do it! so thanks, Awesomemay.

Starting an animation channel on UA-cam is like embarking on a wild, caffeine-fueled adventure into the unknown. Picture this: armed with nothing but a tablet, a mountain of snacks, and a burning passion for doodling, you decide to conquer the digital world one frame at a time. Your workspace becomes a chaotic war zone of half-empty coffee cups, crumpled sketches, and post-it notes with cryptic reminders like “Add more sparkle to unicorn poop.” Sleep becomes a distant memory as you pull all-nighters, eyes glued to the screen, painstakingly animating every blink and eyebrow twitch. It’s like being trapped in a time loop where every second feels like an eternity and yet, somehow, not enough time at all. In the end, starting an animation channel on UA-cam is a rollercoaster ride filled with highs, lows, and plenty of laugh-out-loud moments. It’s a journey that requires passion, resilience, and, of course, a never-ending supply of caffeine.

I suck at drawing and have never actually animated something seriously in my adult life but now I’m actually confident I could start an animation story time video. I know I could make good content to listen to, however I’m not confident I can make a good animation 😅
