എനിക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞ 10 വർഷമായി ഗ്യാസ്, ദഹന ഇഷ്യൂസ് ഉണ്ട്. ആ സമയം തൊട്ട് തന്നെ anxiety (ocd) യും ഉണ്ട്. ഏതാണ് ആദ്യം വന്നത് എന്ന് ഉറപ്പില്ല. Gut-brain axis രോഗം ആയതിനാൽ ഏതാണ് ആദ്യം വന്നതെന്ന് ഓർമ്മിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല.
ഞാൻ pentids, kaypen മെഡിസിൻസ് ഇത് വരുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് ഏതാനും വർഷങ്ങൾ കഴിച്ചിരുന്നു. അത് ഈ gastro intestinal discomfort ന് ഒരു കാരണം ആവാൻ സാധ്യതയുണ്ടോ ? Antibiotics gut ഇഷ്യൂസ് ഉണ്ടാക്കും എന്ന് കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് അതാണ് സംശയം.
ഇപ്പൊ ഞാൻ antidepressants എടുക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ഗ്യാസിൻ്റെ മരുന്നും കഴിച്ചിരുന്നു ഇപ്പൊ നിർത്തി. വയറ്റിലെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾക്ക് ഒരു ശമനവുമില്ല. മാനസികമായും ഒരുപാട് ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുന്നു.
സാധാരണ ആൻ്റിബയോട്ടിക് കഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ ആണോ gut ഇഷ്യൂസ് ഉണ്ടാവുക? അതോ അത് കഴിഞ്ഞാണോ വരിക ?
എൻ്റെ കേസിൽ anxiety ആണോ അതോ gut ഇഷ്യൂസ് ആണോ ഫസ്റ്റ് നടന്നിരിക്കുക ???

OCD,gut problems ഒക്കെ വരുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് ഞാൻ 5-6 വർഷം kaypen and pentids എന്നീ antibiotics എടുത്തിരുന്നല്ലോ. ആ സമയത്ത് എനിക്ക് യാതൊരുവിധ gut ഇഷ്യൂസും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല (anxiety യും). എല്ലാം തുടങ്ങുന്നത് പിന്നെയാണ്. Unfortunately ഇത് നിർത്തുന്നതും വളരെ സ്ട്രസ്ഫുൾ ആയ സീരീസ് ഓഫ് ഇവൻ്റ്സ് ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതും ഏകദേശം ഒരേ കാലയളവിലാണ്. അത് കാരണമാണ് ഈ സംശയം തോന്നിയത്. Btw ഏതൊക്കെ antibiotics എടുക്കുമ്പോഴാണ് ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ടത് ? ഈ pentids,kaypen എന്നിവ അത്ര കുഴപ്പക്കാരല്ലേ ?

എനിക്കു കുറച്ചു എരുവ് കൂടിയാൽ ഇഞ്ചി, കുരുമുളക് flavour ഒക്കെ ഉള്ള food കഴിച്ചാൽ ഉടനെ toilet ലെ പോണം.... ഇത് ibs ആണോ?
Loose motion ഇങ്ങനെ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന ടൈം ലെ anal side ലെ പൊള്ളൽ ഉണ്ടാകാറുണ്ട്.... ഇത് എങ്ങനെ solve ആകാൻ പറ്റും?
