I hope more government offices and hospitals will provide EV charging facilities.

3 pin granny charger average draw 1.5 to 1.8 kw from the 3 pin plug. The 3 pin socket can draw max power up to 2.4kw to 3kw but it is unsustainable for long hours as it will generate immense heat overtime and melted the plug if the component inside the plug isnt water tight. Unless you plan to modify this plug with those steel type able to handle almost max power drawn for long time.
Our cloth iron averagely draw power about 2kw to 2.4kw on max heat. But it is okay if you use it short term. 10-20 mins short term usage. That is why I understand why ev carmaker like Byd supply only granny charger that can support only up to 1.8kw from our 3 pin plug. Yes it is much slower but I guess they have done numerous testing and shown slower granny charger is much more safer to consumer.

I hope all new developments will factor in EV as a necessity. EV charging should be considered moving forward. If not, EV is dead.
