Im still gutted that Whitechapel closed. My earliest memories are of the foundry and of the college youths My dad hung Bow with Bill Theobald and I still can remember going up in the Belfry at Bow before the bells were opened in Dec 61 when I was only 8. Perhaps on my next trip to the UK from Aus I will get to ring the Jubilee bells. Also like to ring at the Abbey, another job dad was involved in before coming to Aus in 1972

Bellringing is a much underrated traditional skill. Show a non-ringer a book of Methods and they might change their view.
Is that the belfry of St George Wrotham at the beginning?
irene c nope all saints wokingham
Ringer Thomas I don’t think it can be Wokingham because the bells in this video are 8 in E and Wokingham are 8 in F and sound completely different.
Francesco Bellringer but Wokingham all saints cause there two towers there
Ringer Thomas Ah sorry just looked again, turns out I was looking at the wrong church! Yes it is All saints Wokingham
