Their watches looks good and have a good price, BUT I bought one and the dial and bezel came slightly crooked. Yes, the dial itself isn´t aligned. I contacted them, sent a picture and they said it was within tolerance and could not repair it, even if I paid. I will never again buy a watch from them. Their quality control is bad. Do not recommend.
I'm sorry to hear that you had that experience. I haven't had any problems with them nor heard anyone else aside from yourself. I'll be looking into this a bit more and acting accordingly. I appreciate you watching and thanks for sharing your experience with them.
Always nice to hear from actual customers. Those who have had unhappy after sales service should always speak out. It gives perspective for others.
They should at least give you your money back! That is PATHETIC customer service.

Are there any affordable watches that aren't in any way connected to China? That means no Chinese parts and not assembled in China. I'd love to find an affordable watch that's 100% a product of Japan, Switzerland or anywhere really apart from China.

It's one of those things. You like it or don't. I'm not a fan either, but I can see why some will love it

Using nicely coloured stone dials is a great idea. If the manufacture process is affordable there are a huge number of attractive minerals that could be used. I'm with you about the case and would like it to be be a bit more of a classic tonneau.
This is no Nawhal anymore, because they changed the original dial (scratched like narwhal skin): I ordered my yellow one today!!!
May I suggest something? If you haven’t already done it. Do a “watches from Scandinavian countries”. You’ve done Britain, Japan, Germany. There are many very cool Scandinavian brands: Henry Archer (beautiful colours), About Vintage, Tusenö…… Would be great for your take on it. Cheers!

Interesting watch. The yellow dial is killer. I like the case shape and bracelet, unfortunately I have huge wrists, so it probably wouldn't work for me, but I do have smaller watches that work out great and fit well. I just don't like to buy smaller watches sight unseen. Great video, all the best!

I actually like the watch but the dial options are what I don’t like. Plain black dial and I’d get one yesterday. Let the watch shape be the lead singer, otherwise it’s too much.
