Gareth Edwards made Godzilla the type of fighter where Godzilla only used his atomic breath as a for last resort weapon. While Michael Dougherty made Godzilla use it a little bit more but still have Godzilla use his physical strength overall more than his atomic breath.
Adam Wingard explains the fights he says "Godzilla took Kong seriously when the axe came to play in the second round" plus the novelization also makes it clear Godzilla took Kong seriously but not in a way "This needs to die" sorta way since Kong wasn't Godzilla's main target but he took Kong as potential threat where Godzilla didn't care whether Kong lived or died.
I really love the idea of Lanky, with Camazotz on his side, pointing his axe to Godzilla and Kong, while Skull Crawlers and Warbats are charging at them. I also like the idea of Godzilla accidently freeing this Kong with his blast into the Hollow Earth. I already really like your version. Two thing I don't want is that Kong gets too dependant on the axe or that Godzilla starts spamming his atomic breath again, like in Hong Kong.
So happy your back man. Something tells me that lanky kong (Yes I'm calling him that until we get his name) is the fact that the movie is called the new empire, an empire needs troops. Something tells me that lanky here might be a king of a new Titan empire that was probably made after the great Titan war. Because not only you have a very intelligent Kong like monster that might have some strange powers. But you would also have to deal with his Titan followers or even slaves because we do know that the Kongs used to enslave the other Titans. Which would cause Godzilla and Kong to team up to fight this new tyrannical empire. And maybe.. and I know this may not happen.. might be the thing that gives the king titled to Kong. Adam Wingard confirmed the commentary is "Non-Cannon,"and the novelization also states that Godzilla didn't care if Kong died or not since Kong wasn't Godzilla's main target. So far, Godzilla was taking the fight seriously but from a different perspective. Godzilla wasn't toying with Kong, Adam Wingard already debunked that the commentary, having more experience, doesn't make Kong any less of stronger opponent.
As for the other stuff, such as inexperience, Godzilla landed roughly the same strike's if not above Kong in the fight, I mean Kong had Better Combat/Reaction Speed so it should not be far fetched that it makes decent sense in writing, if anything I'd argue Kong's inexperience is the reason why it was clear Godzilla (Bloodlusted) defeated the inexperienced Kong pretty easily in Round 3. And can you send the link where Adam Wingard debunked the toying argument?
A buff is getting nuked or getting the burning form that is a power up/buff. Godzilla becoming fast while going berserk isn't a buff when real animals go through something similar, Godzilla's atomic breath being more used more was permanent effective of the nuke is a valid and sensible reason behind it. Godzilla vs. Kong, Godzilla is equivalent to supercharger in 2019, Godzilla minus his power going up every passing second.
Well, the novel and the film, it talked about Kong being a rival because he's an alpha titan that won't submit to Godzilla. Godzilla encountered a Kong before, the post credit at the end of KOTM, Godzilla, and a Kong member fighting on the cave paintings. Plus, their kinds had a war with each other, this is the story Legendary Pictures gave us. Godzilla doesn't humiliate Titans. He brings balance.
On the subject of Kong’s axe, I’d kinda like to see it be able to absorb other blasts aside from Godzilla’s atomic breath; imagine Mechagodzilla firing his proton scream at Kong, only for the axe blade to absorb it and start glowing red, or absorbing Ghidorah’s gravity beams and glowing yellow.
Kong’s relationship with Godzilla is stated that "The two Titans emerged victorious, they seemingly called a truce to their rivalry-though how long it will last is unknown."
I like the visual aspect of having him be lankier, it kind of makes him feel meaner and older- less fresh and heroic like the normal kong. They can do this even more with his face- taking away normal pupils already takes away some of that humanity kong has. Overall, there’s great potential visually and story-wise.
So true man! I’m only worried that all of these amazing ideas fans are coming up with isn’t even on the table, and that the actual writing of the film is gonna be leagues below our expectations in terms of creativity. If it ends up like that I’d be super disappointed but I’m really hoping it doesn’t turn out that way.

Everyone knew Godzilla always had more fighting experience since Godzilla vs. Kong announced that one Titan having more fighting experience over another is a simple fact, not bad writing, by no means. Having an inexperienced Titan suddenly have good fighting experience that's on par with his opponent is however bad writing.
Adam's comments contradicted the film, Godzilla took Kong’s presence pretty seriously, the fight lasted hours, plus spamming his atomic breath to keep Kong at the bay and when the fight was over, Godzilla walked away exhausted. Also shows how Kong actually gave Godzilla a hard time, so he wasn't toying with Kong a bit, end of debate.
The commentary wasn't meant to be taken seriously period. Adam later said on toho kingdom like a month after the commentary that the commentary was it's own thing and he didn't expect anyone to take it seriously

I don't recall Godzilla laughing at other Titans, Godzilla laughing when he hit Kong was satisfaction after finally hitting Kong with Kong. It was added just to give Godzilla more expression. The studio was okay with it just how the made Kong smiled after eating the fish. But the novel states, "Godzilla wasn't done yet. He ripped the ferocious blue energy beam across the city, with the goal of cutting Kong in half." Godzilla snorts at the other Titans but not laugh at them like some psychotic bully like the Green Globin, Legendary Pictures wants to stick with more animalistic behavior with Titans and not make them too human-like Also, the ocean fight, Godzilla left because the ships turned their engine off, we got remember that Godzilla has Heightened senses. Godzilla can sense Titans all over the earth. He knew Kong was down there, and it made Godzilla angry.
Just because Godzilla laughed doesn't mean sqaut man, it was satisfactory as "Yes I finally got him". Doesn't change the fact that Godzilla took Kong seriously, even in the 1962's King Kong vs. Godzilla movie, Godzilla laughed at King Kong as well because Second Showa Godzilla believed King Kong was toast until King Kong got back up. Second Showa Godzilla laughed at Rodan when Mothra Larvae slik back on him, but they were still serious enemies until they had to work together. Even though it's Toho films, it connects. "Godzilla kept coming for Kong the whole Kong." Using his atomic breath a lot was what we see in Godzilla vs. Kong.
Godzilla wasn't trying to fight Kong physically and trying to cut Kong in half to get through the fight faster but he still fight seriously and became insane by round three, Godzilla wasn't by no means weakened from drilling into the Hallow Earth. Adam Wingard never said in any source Godzilla, drilling into the Hollow Earth weakened his atomic breath. The fight wasn't entirely one side, Godzilla took Kong seriously from the start just for different reasons. Finally, Adam Wingard, who just went crazy with the atomic breath, has Godzilla practically spam it throughout round two and use Godzilla's physical strength, mostly round one and round three. Kong was seen as an annoyance that needed to submit not as a world wide threat that needed to be killed no matter what but Godzilla yes take Kong seriously just for a different reasons, Kong took Godzilla seriously as a legitimate threat that needed to die. Both took each other seriously just for different reasons. Plus, Adam Wingard confirmed Godzilla's ego was bruised by axe impact, so no, Godzilla couldn't just insanely enrage from the beginning. It had to take his ego becoming bruised and mentally broken by an inexperienced Titan who got his way for him to snap.
I wouldn't say bullying would be the case, Godzilla is territorial, and he is also a balance keeper. Those behaviors I don't see the Legendary Pictures films portraying Godzilla enjoyment from bullying the other Titans. It's not in his character to do that. That just makes Godzilla a tyrant, Godzilla just keeps Titans in check if they are threatened to Godzilla or balance. In synopsis, it talked about Godzilla being enraged and can't go from enraged to toying with someone who is considered a rival.
Tbh this Kaiju like Orangutan would probably show that Kongs can become much stronger than before, at Base Kong without his axe lost to Godzilla however we are aware that their are Kong's that killed Goji's, this is what leads to my claim. What if Kong's could actually harness direct power from sources like the Hollow Earth's energy, in a sense like a Super Saiyan version of Kong's, if this is the case we might have a amp'd Kong to match the Antagonist in the upcoming movie.

Drops dead next to Kong. As Godzilla let's a thunder roar of victory! But yea. Your theories are cool. Plus if Godzilla is the one to take him down, that could be like him repaying Kong for the hole Mechagodzilla thing.
Kong has always fought for survival, and now he's outside of his island. That rule applies to him even further now. Kong is in unfair environments, Godzilla fights either to dominate or kill. The original "King Kong vs. Godzilla" (1962) was just King Kong being forced to fight when he didn't want to. One party wanted to throw down the other didn't. Here's kinda the same thing but reserved, Godzilla didn't want to fight but was open to fighting if necessary while Kong was willing to fight for survival.

I really hope your first theory is correct. I really want this film to go into the direction of Kong having to make the choice of picking between his deepest desire of obtaining a "real" family (this new Orangukong) and his already existing family and friendships (Jia, Dr. Andrews, and Godzilla), We've always gotten battles of old rivalries but none that could carry as much emotional weight as this one. Also whoever came up with the idea of a powerful radioactive orangutan looking Kong for a villain In the writers room deserves a raise, I absolutely love the idea and I can't wait too see this guy in action.

Godzilla vs. Kong, the novel and movie were synced when it came to Godzilla's rival, even if Godzilla didn't have a rivalry with this Kong directly. Kong is related to Kong’s species that had beef with Godzillas. What would be the point for Godzilla to come for Kong if Kong left his Island? If Kong’s not a rival or potential threat Godzilla's status, Godzilla should've ignored Kong, but guess what, Godzilla didn't ignore Kong at all. Even Adam Wingard comments contradicted the film, After Kong dropped the axe, Adam Wingard said, "Okay, you're the boss." Kong listened to Jia's words, so there's that, unless everybody has sources or unless we can acknowledge Legendary Pictures, which makes errors because the plot holes of the Crossover movie.
Godzilla only attacked Apex Facilities, who didn't tire him out when he showed no signs of fatigue when Godzilla entered Hong Kong, drilled a hole to the Hollow Earth and fought Kong. Godzilla got tired. "After" fighting Kong, which was confirmed by Adam Wingard in his Toho Kingdom interview, when you see the beam lock, Godzilla's atomic breath is not bright as it was fighting Kong, This is the indication he was tired by then and why he couldn't land a finger on MechaGodzilla. Also, Godzilla didn't even fight any other Titans in Godzilla vs. Kong. All Godzilla did was fight Kong and MechaGodzilla none else besides the humans, the last time Godzilla fought any other Titans was in Godzilla: Dominion which takes place in three years prior to Godzilla vs. Kong.

Thoughts on Godzilla Minus One? I just made a short video on it. And p.s. the new Ape Titan is The Scar King aka King Scar. My thoughts are maybe he's a member of the Titanus Kong species. Or some kind of a similar Ape Titan. One whos absorbed hallow earth energy or the energy of a Godzilla. Something like that. We'll see. He is definitely a large and seemingly badass Titan. One that more closely resembles a Gigantopithecus or something like it. A monster we'll have to wait to see in action. And he apparently controls another Titan named Shimu. One that's likely some kind of reptillain beast. We still dont know much about Godzilla X Kong The new empire. But I'm definitely really interested! And Godzilla Minus One has me hyped fr!! Damn, King Louie really lost some weight in that teaser. Joking aside, I don't really have much to say about the teaser. I find it really stupid that they're calling it Godzilla x Kong instead of Godzilla & Kong. I'm also pretty sick of the ancient rivalries and time skips as well. And while I'm on the topic of the MonsterVerse, I managed to come up with a clearer stance on how I would fix it all. There would be a total of five movies in my fixed version. My rewrite of Godzilla KOTM will remain the same. I don't know when I'll get started on my rewrites of the other movies, but I came up with enough ideas to share with anyone reading this. Godzilla 2014's plot will remain mostly the same, except Joe Brody will be the main character, and that's all I'm gonna say about that, cuz going into more details I came up with requires major spoilers (for my rewrite, anyway). Kong: Skull Island will remain pretty much the same as it is. The next three movies, Mothra: Queen of the Monsters, Godzilla vs Kong and Godzilla KOTM will act as a sort-of trilogy. In the Mothra movie, which takes place 5 years after the events of G14, Mothra is left orphaned when her mother sacrifices herself against Desghidorah, and Godzilla finds Mothra and raises her as his adopted daughter. Meanwhile, Elle and Sam Brody, who have bonded closely over the loss of their family members, are met and accompanied by Monarch when rumors spread of an alliance between Desghidorah and Alan Jonah (who's the head of Apex, which will be located somewhere else then Hong Kong) working together on the "Jonah Project", which turns out to be MechaGodzilla. Godzilla vs Kong takes place right after the Mothra movie; MechaGodzilla is on the loose, and Godzilla has to stop him before the former massacres all the titans in the world. Godzilla comes across Skull Island, where he sees Kong as a potential resourceful ally after seeing how strong and capable Kong is. Unfortunately for Godzilla, Kong mistakes him for a threat, and now Godzilla must put his strength to the test and fight Kong in order to win him as an ally and stop MechaGodzilla. I'm sure you (KingKong19100) remember my rewrite of KOTM, but in case anyone reading this isn't familiar, I'm gonna speak about the plot synopsis anyway. KOTM takes place shortly after the events of GVK; Godzilla finds King Ghidorah in Antarctica, who immediately attacks and nearly kills him. Knowing that he can't defeat Ghidorah alone, Godzilla rallies up Mothra, Kong, Rodan and other monsters around the world on an expedition to stop Ghidorah and put an end to his reign of terror. On an unrelated note, I finally watched The Super Mario Bros Movie recently, and it was seriously good (and WAY BETTER than Illumination's other movies). It's pretty much everything that a Mario movie should be. The animation is gorgeous, Bowser is incredible as a villain, the humor is great, and the movie, in a lot of ways, goes a lot harder than so many other modern animated movies. It really makes me wish that Illumination would put this level of effort into their other movies. I'm not saying the Mario movie was perfect, it does have some issues regarding the pacing and some missed opportunities with the music choices. But other than that, it was an absolute blast and I'm really glad I went to see it when I did.
I don't buy the premise of Kong and Zilla being buddies aggravating this new evil Kong, since it's working off of that AWFUL abomination of a movie that was GVK which just downplayed and humiliated Kong, and this teaser just seems like they're further stabbing Kong in the back by making one of his own a villain... I don't have any hopes for this film.

Kong having bigger teeth doesn't mean much when Godzilla has better durability and more jaw strength in Godzilla's bite. Kong’s intelligence is more on par with humans. Thus, he'll fight no different from a human, Godzilla's intelligence is both human like and animalistic. Thus, Godzilla prefers to fight like an animal. Adam Wingard debunked his commentary, so the whole toying with Kong thing is now officially uncanon.
I will code name him “Supreme” until further notice, because he reminds me of Supreme from Sonic Frontiers. If you made it to the final boss in Sonic Frontiers, you’ll know what I’m talking about.
To say Godzilla would get destroyed is a huge understatement when Godzilla is fully capable of tactics just like Kong is and will learn Kong’s fighting behavior and use it to his advantage, both Titans can adapt but when Godzilla adapts the consequences are more harsh. All Kong has with his arms is better reach and physical strength, yet Godzilla uses his weight in close quarters. Godzilla uses his claws in close quarters and even durability as well. Kong’s arms would have to deal with Godzilla's claws and Godzilla's weight (Which Kong can lift) while Godzilla's jaws can lift Kong’s weight and his durability which Kong’s fists 👊 won't do much to damage Godzilla, all Kong’s fist would do is daze Godzilla for couple seconds and that's it. Meanwhile, Godzilla's own physical strength attacks with his weight, his jaws and tail would do twice, and he damaged especially in regards to his tail. Godzilla is more powerful in every category, and Kong is par with Godzilla.

Godzilla wasn't weakened when fighting Kong, spamming his atomic breath, and going berserk isn't something a tired animal would do. Godzilla grew in 2019 sequel because of a nuke, Godzilla was already an adult Titan and thus didn't need to grow any further beyond his new height. Just because Godzilla is an animal doesn't mean automatically mean he has to get bigger. It wasn't confirmed that Godzilla was tired or weak when fighting Kong. The whole "Godzilla was at half capacity" was false facts from the start.
Godzilla did take Kong seriously literally in all three rounds, Adam Wingard already debunked his own commentary back in August of last year, so him saying "Godzilla never took Kong seriously" is no longer valid now. Godzilla was literally trying to drown Kong. That's enough evidence to show his true intentions. Godzilla's ego was bruised and simply was going off by blind rage alone. That's why round three was short. This was also confirmed by the director on reddit. The first round, Godzilla wasn't blinded by rage and was simply trying to drown Kong. Meanwhile, Kong did put up a good fight despite the limited things he could do around water. Kong wasn't expecting Godzilla to go berserk in round three as a bonus, which caught him off guard. This is the only time Godzilla tried to kill Kong since Godzilla was in environment that would make it easy, in round two Godzilla didn't care if Kong died or not he just wanted to deal with Kong to get to MechaGodzilla and by round three, he had enough and simply left Kong to die of his wounds.

With all due respect, Toying with Kong idea really takes it away from whole rivalry. It diminishes it, from the novels to the film itself. As soon as Kong is out of Skull Island, Godzilla is gonna come for Kong. Godzilla is a force of nature. He's not the one to toy with other Titans. He was pretty serious with Kong the entire movie until Godzilla made peace with Kong. Otherwise, Godzilla wouldn't waste his time or energy on him. Godzilla was exhausted after fighting Kong, I don't see the point for Godzilla to be playing with in a versus Crossover movie. That totally ruins Godzilla's character. Adam Wingard said that his interpretation can be controversial, but it's him, but the movie and novel say otherwise.

Godzilla won, and Kong lost. The two saved each other from MechaGodzilla, and they had no real reason to fight again. Godzilla already proved himself he is rightful King of the Monsters and Kong has no issue with being new King of the Hollow Earth, Kong already earned the name "King Kong" by sitting throne confirmed by Adam Wingard. Kong almost died towards a Warbats. Do you think Kong has a chance against Godzilla? Godzilla is millions of years old (only in the MonsterVerse), and Godzilla knows how to fight a Kong. Godzilla is fighting stronger, Titan's than Kong for thousands of years if not then millions of years. Godzilla won and Kong lose because Kong has no experience, Kong almost died in their first fight at the Tasman Sea of it's not for humans then Kong will be dead even if Kong wins, Kong will still died.
Something I want is that this new Orangutan guy is named "King Kong" so when that our Kong defeats this kong, he would become "King Kong"

Adam Wingard explains the fights he says "Godzilla took Kong seriously when the axe came to play in the second round" plus the novelization also makes it clear Godzilla took Kong seriously but not in a way "This needs to die" sorta way since Kong wasn't Godzilla's main target but he took Kong as potential threat where Godzilla didn't care whether Kong lived or died.
I really love the idea of Lanky, with Camazotz on his side, pointing his axe to Godzilla and Kong, while Skull Crawlers and Warbats are charging at them.
I also like the idea of Godzilla accidently freeing this Kong with his blast into the Hollow Earth.

Something tells me that lanky kong (Yes I'm calling him that until we get his name) is the fact that the movie is called the new empire, an empire needs troops. Something tells me that lanky here might be a king of a new Titan empire that was probably made after the great Titan war. Because not only you have a very intelligent Kong like monster that might have some strange powers. But you would also have to deal with his Titan followers or even slaves because we do know that the Kongs used to enslave the other Titans. Which would cause Godzilla and Kong to team up to fight this new tyrannical empire. And maybe.. and I know this may not happen.. might be the thing that gives the king titled to Kong. Adam Wingard confirmed the commentary is "Non-Cannon,"and the novelization also states that Godzilla didn't care if Kong died or not since Kong wasn't Godzilla's main target. So far, Godzilla was taking the fight seriously but from a different perspective. Godzilla wasn't toying with Kong, Adam Wingard already debunked that the commentary, having more experience, doesn't make Kong any less of stronger opponent.
As for the other stuff, such as inexperience, Godzilla landed roughly the same strike's if not above Kong in the fight, I mean Kong had Better Combat/Reaction Speed so it should not be far fetched that it makes decent sense in writing, if anything I'd argue Kong's inexperience is the reason why it was clear Godzilla (Bloodlusted) defeated the inexperienced Kong pretty easily in Round 3. And can you send the link where Adam Wingard debunked the toying argument?
A buff is getting nuked or getting the burning form that is a power up/buff. Godzilla becoming fast while going berserk isn't a buff when real animals go through something similar, Godzilla's atomic breath being more used more was permanent effective of the nuke is a valid and sensible reason behind it. Godzilla vs. Kong, Godzilla is equivalent to supercharger in 2019, Godzilla minus his power going up every passing second.
Well, the novel and the film, it talked about Kong being a rival because he's an alpha titan that won't submit to Godzilla. Godzilla encountered a Kong before, the post credit at the end of KOTM, Godzilla, and a Kong member fighting on the cave paintings. Plus, their kinds had a war with each other, this is the story Legendary Pictures gave us. Godzilla doesn't humiliate Titans. He brings balance.
On the subject of Kong’s axe, I’d kinda like to see it be able to absorb other blasts aside from Godzilla’s atomic breath; imagine Mechagodzilla firing his proton scream at Kong, only for the axe blade to absorb it and start glowing red, or absorbing Ghidorah’s gravity beams and glowing yellow.
If Godzilla can’t absorb any of that, why would his spike be able to? The spike is only able to absorb the atomic blast bc it comes from Godzilla.
Kong’s relationship with Godzilla is stated that "The two Titans emerged victorious, they seemingly called a truce to their rivalry-though how long it will last is unknown."
I like the visual aspect of having him be lankier, it kind of makes him feel meaner and older- less fresh and heroic like the normal kong. They can do this even more with his face- taking away normal pupils already takes away some of that humanity kong has. Overall, there’s great potential visually and story-wise.

I’m only worried that all of these amazing ideas fans are coming up with isn’t even on the table, and that the actual writing of the film is gonna be leagues below our expectations in terms of creativity. If it ends up like that I’d be super disappointed but I’m really hoping it doesn’t turn out that way.

Everyone knew Godzilla always had more fighting experience since Godzilla vs. Kong announced that one Titan having more fighting experience over another is a simple fact, not bad writing, by no means. Having an inexperienced Titan suddenly have good fighting experience that's on par with his opponent is however bad writing.

Adam's comments contradicted the film, Godzilla took Kong’s presence pretty seriously, the fight lasted hours, plus spamming his atomic breath to keep Kong at the bay and when the fight was over, Godzilla walked away exhausted. Also shows how Kong actually gave Godzilla a hard time, so he wasn't toying with Kong a bit, end of debate.
The commentary wasn't meant to be taken seriously period. Adam later said on toho kingdom like a month after the commentary that the commentary was it's own thing and he didn't expect anyone to take it seriously

Just because Godzilla laughed doesn't mean sqaut man, it was satisfactory as "Yes I finally got him". Doesn't change the fact that Godzilla took Kong seriously, even in the 1962's King Kong vs. Godzilla movie, Godzilla laughed at King Kong as well because Second Showa Godzilla believed King Kong was toast until King Kong got back up. Second Showa Godzilla laughed at Rodan when Mothra Larvae slik back on him, but they were still serious enemies until they had to work together. Even though it's Toho films, it connects. Godzilla wasn't trying to fight Kong physically and trying to cut Kong in half to get through the fight faster but he still fight seriously and became insane by round three, Godzilla wasn't by no means weakened from drilling into the Hallow Earth. Adam Wingard never said in any source Godzilla, drilling into the Hollow Earth weakened his atomic breath. The fight wasn't entirely one side, Godzilla took Kong seriously from the start just for different reasons. Finally, Adam Wingard, who just went crazy with the atomic breath, has Godzilla practically spam it throughout round two and use Godzilla's physical strength, mostly round one and round three. Kong was seen as an annoyance that needed to submit not as a world wide threat that needed to be killed no matter what but Godzilla yes take Kong seriously just for a different reasons, Kong took Godzilla seriously as a legitimate threat that needed to die. Both took each other seriously just for different reasons. Plus, Adam Wingard confirmed Godzilla's ego was bruised by axe impact, so no, Godzilla couldn't just insanely enrage from the beginning. It had to take his ego becoming bruised and mentally broken by an inexperienced Titan who got his way for him to snap.

I wouldn't say bullying would be the case, Godzilla is territorial, and he is also a balance keeper. Those behaviors I don't see the Legendary Pictures films portraying Godzilla enjoyment from bullying the other Titans. It's not in his character to do that. That just makes Godzilla a tyrant, Godzilla just keeps Titans in check if they are threatened to Godzilla or balance. In synopsis, it talked about Godzilla being enraged and can't go from enraged to toying with someone who is considered a rival.
Tbh this Kaiju like Orangutan would probably show that Kongs can become much stronger than before, at Base Kong without his axe lost to Godzilla however we are aware that their are Kong's that killed Goji's, this is what leads to my claim.

But then, BOOM, a stream of Atomic Breath peaces Empror Kong, threw the chest, vaporising his heart. And then. Drops dead next to Kong. As Godzilla let's a thunder roar of victory!
But yea. Your theories are cool. Plus if Godzilla is the one to take him down, that could be like him repaying Kong for the hole Mechagodzilla thing.

Kong has always fought for survival, and now he's outside of his island. That rule applies to him even further now. Kong is in unfair environments, Godzilla fights either to dominate or kill. The original "King Kong vs. Godzilla" (1962) was just King Kong being forced to fight when he didn't want to. One party wanted to throw down the other didn't. Here's kinda the same thing but reserved, Godzilla didn't want to fight but was open to fighting if necessary while Kong was willing to fight for survival.

I really want this film to go into the direction of Kong having to make the choice of picking between his deepest desire of obtaining a "real" family (this new Orangukong) and his already existing family and friendships (Jia, Dr. Andrews, and Godzilla), We've always gotten battles of old rivalries but none that could carry as much emotional weight as this one. Also whoever came up with the idea of a powerful radioactive orangutan looking Kong for a villain In the writers room deserves a raise, I absolutely love the idea and I can't wait too see this guy in action.

Kong listened to Jia's words, so there's that, unless everybody has sources or unless we can acknowledge Legendary Pictures, which makes errors because the plot holes of the Crossover movie.
Godzilla only attacked Apex Facilities, who didn't tire him out when he showed no signs of fatigue when Godzilla entered Hong Kong, drilled a hole to the Hollow Earth and fought Kong. Godzilla got tired. "After" fighting Kong, which was confirmed by Adam Wingard in his Toho Kingdom interview, when you see the beam lock, Godzilla's atomic breath is not bright as it was fighting Kong, This is the indication he was tired by then and why he couldn't land a finger on MechaGodzilla. Also, Godzilla didn't even fight any other Titans in Godzilla vs. Kong. All Godzilla did was fight Kong and MechaGodzilla none else besides the humans, the last time Godzilla fought any other Titans was in Godzilla: Dominion which takes place in three years prior to Godzilla vs. Kong.

Thoughts on Godzilla Minus One? I just made a short video on it. And p.s. the new Ape Titan is The Scar King aka King Scar. My thoughts are maybe he's a member of the Titanus Kong species. Or some kind of a similar Ape Titan. One whos absorbed hallow earth energy or the energy of a Godzilla. Something like that. We'll see. He is definitely a large and seemingly badass Titan. One that more closely resembles a Gigantopithecus or something like it. A monster we'll have to wait to see in action. And he apparently controls another Titan named Shimu. One that's likely some kind of reptillain beast. We still dont know much about Godzilla X Kong The new empire. But I'm definitely really interested! And Godzilla Minus One has me hyped fr!! Joking aside, I don't really have much to say about the teaser. I find it really stupid that they're calling it Godzilla x Kong instead of Godzilla & Kong. I'm also pretty sick of the ancient rivalries and time skips as well. And while I'm on the topic of the MonsterVerse, I managed to come up with a clearer stance on how I would fix it all. There would be a total of five movies in my fixed version. My rewrite of Godzilla KOTM will remain the same. I don't know when I'll get started on my rewrites of the other movies, but I came up with enough ideas to share with anyone reading this.
Godzilla 2014's plot will remain mostly the same, except Joe Brody will be the main character, and that's all I'm gonna say about that, cuz going into more details I came up with requires major spoilers (for my rewrite, anyway). Kong: Skull Island will remain pretty much the same as it is.
The next three movies, Mothra: Queen of the Monsters, Godzilla vs Kong and Godzilla KOTM will act as a sort-of trilogy. In the Mothra movie, which takes place 5 years after the events of G14, Mothra is left orphaned when her mother sacrifices herself against Desghidorah, and Godzilla finds Mothra and raises her as his adopted daughter. Meanwhile, Elle and Sam Brody, who have bonded closely over the loss of their family members, are met and accompanied by Monarch when rumors spread of an alliance between Desghidorah and Alan Jonah (who's the head of Apex, which will be located somewhere else then Hong Kong) working together on the "Jonah Project", which turns out to be MechaGodzilla.
Godzilla vs Kong takes place right after the Mothra movie; MechaGodzilla is on the loose, and Godzilla has to stop him before the former massacres all the titans in the world. Godzilla comes across Skull Island, where he sees Kong as a potential resourceful ally after seeing how strong and capable Kong is. Unfortunately for Godzilla, Kong mistakes him for a threat, and now Godzilla must put his strength to the test and fight Kong in order to win him as an ally and stop MechaGodzilla.
I'm sure you (KingKong19100) remember my rewrite of KOTM, but in case anyone reading this isn't familiar, I'm gonna speak about the plot synopsis anyway. KOTM takes place shortly after the events of GVK; Godzilla finds King Ghidorah in Antarctica, who immediately attacks and nearly kills him. Knowing that he can't defeat Ghidorah alone, Godzilla rallies up Mothra, Kong, Rodan and other monsters around the world on an expedition to stop Ghidorah and put an end to his reign of terror.
On an unrelated note, I finally watched The Super Mario Bros Movie recently, and it was seriously good (and WAY BETTER than Illumination's other movies). It's pretty much everything that a Mario movie should be. The animation is gorgeous, Bowser is incredible as a villain, the humor is great, and the movie, in a lot of ways, goes a lot harder than so many other modern animated movies. It really makes me wish that Illumination would put this level of effort into their other movies. I'm not saying the Mario movie was perfect, it does have some issues regarding the pacing and some missed opportunities with the music choices. But other than that, it was an absolute blast and I'm really glad I went to see it when I did.

I don't buy the premise of Kong and Zilla being buddies aggravating this new evil Kong, since it's working off of that AWFUL abomination of a movie that was GVK which just downplayed and humiliated Kong, and this teaser just seems like they're further stabbing Kong in the back by making one of his own a villain... I don't have any hopes for this film.

Kong having bigger teeth doesn't mean much when Godzilla has better durability and more jaw strength in Godzilla's bite. Kong’s intelligence is more on par with humans. Thus, he'll fight no different from a human, Godzilla's intelligence is both human like and animalistic. Thus, Godzilla prefers to fight like an animal. Adam Wingard debunked his commentary, so the whole toying with Kong thing is now officially uncanon.

I will code name him “Supreme” until further notice, because he reminds me of Supreme from Sonic Frontiers. If you made it to the final boss in Sonic Frontiers, you’ll know what I’m talking about.
To say Godzilla would get destroyed is a huge understatement when Godzilla is fully capable of tactics just like Kong is and will learn Kong’s fighting behavior and use it to his advantage, both Titans can adapt but when Godzilla adapts the consequences are more harsh. All Kong has with his arms is better reach and physical strength, yet Godzilla uses his weight in close quarters. Godzilla uses his claws in close quarters and even durability as well. Kong’s arms would have to deal with Godzilla's claws and Godzilla's weight (Which Kong can lift) while Godzilla's jaws can lift Kong’s weight and his durability which Kong’s fists 👊 won't do much to damage Godzilla, all Kong’s fist would do is daze Godzilla for couple seconds and that's it. Meanwhile, Godzilla's own physical strength attacks with his weight, his jaws and tail would do twice, and he damaged especially in regards to his tail. Godzilla is more powerful in every category, and Kong is par with Godzilla.

Godzilla grew in 2019 sequel because of a nuke, Godzilla was already an adult Titan and thus didn't need to grow any further beyond his new height. Just because Godzilla is an animal doesn't mean automatically mean he has to get bigger. It wasn't confirmed that Godzilla was tired or weak when fighting Kong. The whole "Godzilla was at half capacity" was false facts from the start.

Godzilla did take Kong seriously literally in all three rounds, Adam Wingard already debunked his own commentary back in August of last year, so him saying "Godzilla never took Kong seriously" is no longer valid now. Godzilla was literally trying to drown Kong. That's enough evidence to show his true intentions. Godzilla's ego was bruised and simply was going off by blind rage alone. That's why round three was short. This was also confirmed by the director on reddit. The first round, Godzilla wasn't blinded by rage and was simply trying to drown Kong. Meanwhile, Kong did put up a good fight despite the limited things he could do around water. Kong wasn't expecting Godzilla to go berserk in round three as a bonus, which caught him off guard. This is the only time Godzilla tried to kill Kong since Godzilla was in environment that would make it easy, in round two Godzilla didn't care if Kong died or not he just wanted to deal with Kong to get to MechaGodzilla and by round three, he had enough and simply left Kong to die of his wounds.

The X stands for two things: AND and for 10. It's the 10th anniversary of the MV. X = 10. It’s full of SciFi elements, monster action, and so on. Can’t wait to see it on the big screen. Lots of Showa elemets... Some sci-fi elements here and there, etc.

He doesn't look Threatening because of his Design. I'm welcoming the Very Idea of a Kong-like Monster that Constitutes a Threat to Godzilla (Unlike some Other Godzilla fans that later they Ironically have the Utter Audacity to call ME "Toxic") but the Problem here is his Design. this is by far One of the Most Bland, Boring-ass Designs of a Hollywood Giant-Monster I've ever seen. but hey, at least it is Far Better and more Realistic-looking in comparison to King Ghidorah's terrible fake-looking Design from 2019 or Mechagodzilla's unexpected mediocre toy-like Design from 2021.
With all due respect, Toying with Kong idea really takes it away from whole rivalry. It diminishes it, from the novels to the film itself. As soon as Kong is out of Skull Island, Godzilla is gonna come for Kong. Godzilla is a force of nature. He's not the one to toy with other Titans. He was pretty serious with Kong the entire movie until Godzilla made peace with Kong. Otherwise, Godzilla wouldn't waste his time or energy on him. Godzilla was exhausted after fighting Kong, I don't see the point for Godzilla to be playing with in a versus Crossover movie. That totally ruins Godzilla's character. Adam Wingard said that his interpretation can be controversial, but it's him, but the movie and novel say otherwise.

I know this has nothing to do with this movie but I have a idea of a video that I hope you'll be interested in giving a shot now I'm going to take a guess to think you know that there's a new King Kong series of the mysteries of skull Island but they're basically making it off of the monsterverse 1 so I'm thinking could you make your own version from The originals you know like 1933 or 2005 with some parts from King Kong the animated series and you meant a video on how many villains Kong is faced why not use some of them for it if you're interested in please let me know for the if you are mean you can probably work on this alongside of what if I have for Kong but it's up to you so from one King Kong fan to another I wish you a good day and do keep up

Godzilla won, and Kong lost. The two saved each other from MechaGodzilla, and they had no real reason to fight again. Godzilla already proved himself he is rightful King of the Monsters and Kong has no issue with being new King of the Hollow Earth, Kong already earned the name "King Kong" by sitting throne confirmed by Adam Wingard. Kong almost died towards a Warbats. Do you think Kong has a chance against Godzilla? Godzilla is millions of years old (only in the MonsterVerse), and Godzilla knows how to fight a Kong. Godzilla is fighting stronger, Titan's than Kong for thousands of years if not then millions of years. Godzilla won and Kong lose because Kong has no experience, Kong almost died in their first fight at the Tasman Sea of it's not for humans then Kong will be dead even if Kong wins, Kong will still died.
