I just love everything about this host and house. It looks so comfortable and relaxed, while beautiful and curated at the same time. Just everything. It’s so good. One thing, Homeworthy, when you have homes that show large book collections like this one, it would be wonderful if you could pause just a little longer on the books. I always manically screen grab the shelves with books and I’ve even made purchases based on what I see there. Plus books tell so much about a person. Thank you for such a lovely tour. This is one of your best.

I am not ashamed to admit I will sometimes choose a book for a great cover or title and find a great new author because of it. This is probably my favorite home tour on this channel! The layered collected over time decor is beautiful! The home is comfortable and interesting. I love her love of Bamboo, needlepoint pillows and prints. Her maximalist style is not cluttered, it’s very well decorated and designed. And I liked that she gave her sources Etsy and eBay among others. I will be subscribing to this homeowners instagram to see more. Thanks for inspiring!
Phaedra is great about responding to questions about details on her home on Instagram. Frustratingly, most designers don't bother responding, or else when they do they say such and such was a "custom" design which doesn't help.
I've been a long time follower of Phaedra and her beautiful home. I consider myself a friend. She has incredible style and knowledge of interiors. She has encouraged me in my own home in so many ways I cannot thank her enough for sharing her knowledge and inspiring me. I have always mixed patterns, but never color combinations to this extent. I love it! I may have to add some pops of out of the box colors to my rooms. Of course, the master bedroom and bath were my favorites. The chandelier shades in the bathroom , and the hand painted shower tiles were breathtaking! I too, am an unapologetic maximillist , so her style speaks to me.

I enjoyed this house tour! The host did a great job and I love her home. So perfectly accessorized with all the colorful and meaningful decor. I loved all the skirted tables. Absolutely stunning home that got better and better and a wonderful hostess. Little Wellie dog is obviously adored and adorable. I love that he has little beds in almost every room. I want to move in..... to her bathroom!. The handpainted tiles in the shower and fireplaces are delicious. Definitely well within my top 10 homes. Gorgeous!. I would have loved to have seen her garden as it is very special to her. Maybe another tour?? Hope so.

The home is beautiful, but the best accessory is definitely the West Highland White Terrier !!! Westies or Scotties are always a nice touch for any safe and patient home! LOL !!! I have one of both!

Love the pumpkin wall color. I have the same color as an accent color in my bedroom. I think it is a great neutral color and really makes things pop.

Lovely home and wonderful tour! I am in love with the sofa fabric in the garden room. What is the name of the fabric and where can it be sourced? Would love to know more about all the fabrics in the home. They table skirts and window treatments are really wonderful. It all flows so nicely. What a view from the back yard!! Wow!! This home is incredibly beautiful! Enjoyed it very much. Overall, I watch the Homeworthy channel specifically for the decor ideas and suggestions. She mentioned some of the house paint colors, but I would've liked to have heard all of the paint names for all the rooms we visited. More time on the design choices that are replicable in our homes, and less on the art and personal effects.
