u need to get the game files for the pc version of the game, i wont show where you can install it because the game is still being sold on platforms and piracy is a crime.
note: pc version is like 100+ gigabytes

@@kwj16 yup, if you dont have enough storage on your phone you can always use an SD card or an SSD.
make sure you have powerful enough specs for GTA V, Mali GPUs dont support DirectX10, it only supports DirectX9.

But it's running because you are fooling the system into believeing that it a pc that's more like and x86 device then and ARM device, that why he changed the gpu of the device to 1070, in truth the gpu is still the same one in the on device soc but the emulator tricks it into thinking that it's a full-fledged 1070.
So to answer your question yes it's running natively on device.
