Just to make sure I have a 2017 gsxr 600 should I go with the link you posted that brings up the 750 headers or go with the one that says it’s for the 600 or does it not matter?
hey big boss i see you have no radiator guard...i was riding and a i hit a piece of road rock and the rock kicked up into the radiator and poked a hole..so i had a flat tire and a leaking radiator ..the guard is really cheap so its worth having ..i wanna do exhaust on my 750 either arrow or black widow
@@ADRRUSH when because my last bike just had the O2 sensor unplugged, the connector was just kind of visible and the servo had a resistor plugged into it and it just had a power commander it had a full M4 titanium standard right now I just have a R 77 but I’m thinking about getting a mid pipe and just trying to do whatever I can do the best way because I’ve never really dealt with the exhaust
I’m doing all the work myself so any and all information is good I’m looking to get the ecu flashed tuned by Moore mafia being as though I’ve seen them have similar bikes with similar mods and that’s the only reptable place that I know of
i am thinking getting these headers. do you think an impaktech crash cage will fit. im concerned about the bar that goes thru the header not being obstructed

Just put mine on. 1 and 2 definitely trouble at first. I connected each part besides the mid pipe first, put the paste and springs then got the headers straight and bolted that up to the engine. Keep everything loose at the gaskets then put the mid pipe on and tighten
@@jodybowen4858 it's easier when you remove your radiator because you have room to work. I started off fitting with all the headers line them up. And Work my way down to the midlink pipe. Once I saw everything was fitted right I work from the mid-link pipe and remove everything up to the headers and start adding the pace from the headers down to the mid-link pipe..

@@blackrider2926you mean the 600 throttle body or the 750 throttle body. I'm confused. You mean the servo flap on the exhaust? The servo and the flap on the exhaust is no longer needed. Your new exhaust does not need the servo

It will work the 600/750 from 2011 to 2023. I installed the same exhaust on my friends 750. The grey 750 on the CRG levers video

Did you put a servo eliminator and do you unplug the 02 sensor?
Got the harness replaced for the broken iat connector
I removed the servo and got my bike tuned. You can delete your 02 sensor. But make sure you do all this before taking it to your tuner

It weill run lean. Yes ECU flash and tune is a must after the installation of a full exhaust.

You have to get the bike tune, the O2 sensor will not fix the air to fuel ratio. Yes your bike will get lean

The fitment on the header system was great. I had no issues.

Go to the Black widow website. Search for the year model of your bike. I believe there's two different types but they are very similar

What the servo do?
It opens up the flap on the stock exhaust.
