There’s a few things about this that bug me Phil was seen to forgive his girlfriend Sharon along with Lisa and Mark for deceiving him, even understood why he wasn’t told, but for Jamie, none of it. Doesn’t ring true. But this was the way the show was with 4 eps a week. Phil roughing Jamie up isn’t so much a departure from Billy roughing up, something Phil took so much exception to. Kudos to Jamie for telling it like it is but the ‘Phil must win’ era is well and truly underway right now so Jamie has to be slung out and humiliated yet again.
Jamie was right all along. 22 years later, look where Phil's at now. His daughter moved away and barely talks to him, and he messed Ben up, and he's now in prison. No woman, either.
Steve would have won if Mark Fowler didn’t tell Phil that Steve was doing a runner and if Billy had not mentioned the jewellery shop Steve was going to.
I really love that for once someone stood up to big bad Phil, and Jamie was right. That is why he got so mad.
