Going to be way different when the high speed rail opens everyone who live in IE can get anywhere they need to for work without the insane prices of the major citites!
Great point! It's going to help with so many of those commuter issues
Thank you for sharing. I like Temecula 🎉
My pleasure 😊
What's the property tax?
Most areas in both will come out to around 1.2%.the newer communities (post 2005) will most likely be higher though
How are people like in riverside vs LA?
Interesting question. I’d say riverside is friendly. Not like small town where everyone knows each other by any means
Hopefully the prices go up to match San Diego ,LA, San Francisco.
😂😂 it’ll never match but the trends in appreciation and depreciation will be similar
@@LivingintheInlandEmpireJK I am betting prices will rise in the next four years. Than I can move.
With the way things are going, I'd say that's a safe bet. You looking to move to one of the bigger cities? @@robertgaritano7718
@@LivingintheInlandEmpireJK No , to Las Vegas or out of the country.
@@robertgaritano7718oh gotcha. I can help with relocation too 👍
Go over the reasons why people are leaving commifornia.
"commifornia"? jesus...your i.q must be in the thousands!!
@jltaco85 hehe..coming from a guy who's pic is of a cartoon character. 😂 oooohh...the pain in my ❤️. You'll be fine as long as you do as you're told.
Thank you! Already working on it 📝 and there’s one below about why people come back 😬
Obviously, you can't afford california. Which is why you probably live in a white trash state.

Thanks
cuz you're broke
I’m working on it
