I wish Noble Consort Chun would have lived to help take down Wei Yanwan. I’m sure she would’ve been a handy ally. Ruyi just gave her this necklace and she knew exactly what to do, what to say to get the Emperor suspicious of Jia’s intentions. I think she, Consort Yu and Consort Rong would’ve been a force to be reckoned with had they been given the chance.

It didn't take much for the emperor to suspect Jia and her son. She should have been demoted to a commoner and left that way. The emperor reinstated her due to politics.
Jia was always her worst enemy. She lost her best servant/confident due to a failed attempt to frame Ruyi to ensure she never became empress. Later she tries to make herself more important than Ruyi, it not only costs her but her sons as well.

And much of the scheming she later fell victim too-the machinations of Yanwan-well, Yanwan or maybe “Ying’er” was absolutely a monster of Jia’s creation. Yanwan was always a little bit savvy/ambitious, but I doubt she would’ve ever spent so much time and energy on Jia’s suffering had Jia not given Yanwan just about EVERY reason to hate her.
