2 Minute Vanilla Mug Cake Back to School Treat Ideas

How to make a quick and easy 2 minute microwave vanilla cake! These mug cakes are great as a midnight snack or as a treat after school/work.
Vanilla Mug Cake Recipe (use a large mug! This recipe can be halved for a smaller portion)
1/2 cup (68g) all purpose flour
1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup (78ml) heavy cream
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Pinch of salt
Optional toppings- chocolate chips, sprinkles, powdered sugar
Box Mix Recipe-
1 cup (155g) Duncan Hines vanilla cake mix
4-6 tbsp water
