How would you go about creating changes in the mix from rebirth into the sequencer? How would you commit the sound from rebirth into reason inorder to have an evolving sound throughout the song.
Hey man! Everything's connected through Rewire (it's pretty much automatic when you launch both programs!). You can use Rebirth in two ways: either sending Rebirt through its Master outs or you can send each Rebirth instrument separately to Reason in order to use Reason's FX on Rebirth synths/drummachines. I chose the 1st option because i like Rebirth rubberish warm sound itself! As can be seen in this video - Rebirth has its own internal track programmed and Reason's got its separate parts and i just use it all just like one big rack of instruments in the studio.
