I'm shocked about the bad customer service and the switched PSPs because I see so many people pushing OC's stuff. I wanted his empreinte speedy but I think I definitely need to go with someone else because he did not handle this well.
Morgan Jenkins I agree it could’ve been much better. He is actively trying to fix the situation so stand by for an update! He does offer good stuff don’t get wrong, and has a great track record. But these things do happen and should be fixed accordingly ya know. I would give him a chance after this is fixed if you’re open to it.
If he makes things right with you that would go a long way in my eyes. A defective bag isn't the worst thing but bad customer service is. I'll keep an eye out for your update before I decide who to buy my speedy from.
I bought a keepall 45 from him and it has a few loose stitches on the handles :(. I was looking up alignment for the keepalls and on the LV website their stock photos have the alignment being off just like yours, so don’t worry about that flaw! You made your bag look great on camera, I’m sorry you experienced such terrible customer service!

I just went and checked and sure enough! Those flower points that show along vachetta strips aren’t even on authentics either! This does make me feel better! I have to say I had a negative experience with him as well! My bag just came in the mail yesterday and overall the canvas is really nice but the luggage tag feels like paper like you described and the heat stamping of the logo is not good at all! I got the graceful pm size bag with the hot pink inside, the inside color isn’t that great either it’s more of a red/pink color. If definitely doesn’t look as good as the picture on his page I looked at prior to buying! I spent $230 and I’m not satisfied!
I purchased a LV Zippy wallet & a Felice wallet chain from OC. BOTH were a disappointment. The zippy canvas had a rubbery feel, but the Felicie was actual pressed rubber. I have authentics & there is no sheen on his pieces. He tried to tell me that they are just like LV canvas but I’m not stupid, it’s pressed rubber. Be warned, I don’t know why so many people are hocking OC.
You have the shoulder cushion put on the wrong way. The wide part should be on your shoulder, not on top and the LV heat stamp should be covered by the strap. You need to,take it out and thread it the proper way in order for it to work as intended to be a wider area of leather covering your shoulder.
I got a never full and I’m not very happy with it, I got from other vendors and the quality was way better. Wish I would’ve seen this first. But thank you for being the only one to be honest about how bad his quality is..

There def is a lot of flaws but the canvas itself looks really nice! I just bought a neverfull from a different ts and the canvas on mine doesn't look nearly as nice as that
vegetahollister it’s very appealing on camera, and the undertone color is good. But it’s almost too stiff and textured. I don’t know, it’s just not up to par for me.
I've never had a problem with OC, but I only order Neverfulls from him and I only order dark strap bags (damier ebene, world tour, etc). OC is a mid tier seller to me price wise. There are other sellers who seem to charge more, and in my experience paying less mean't I got a horrible bag. From what I've seen from other accounts I am weary to buy other styles from him (or any seller for that matter). Reason being the Neverfulls seem easier duplicate, the other styles not so much. I'm not about to pay hundreds of dollars for a replica when I can hit up the japanese market and buy the real thing for a little more money.
I had a similar experience as well. I bought aspeedyb 25 from oc in mono. The Bag was beautiful on first glance and of course in the psp everything looked perfect . When I got the bag all of the studs/ grommets that are flat! You see how yours are rounded? Imagine all of them being flat and dented. I tried sending OC a picture where showing him mine vs how they should be. The pictures were clear and he still denied that there was an issue

I am starting to suspect OC is declining. I recommended him to a friend of mine for a pochette Métis in the empriente leather and it appears it isn’t that great for what she paid. I have a pochette Métis in canvas from him and an epi leather neverfull and both are great but purchased a while ago.

OC dude was a total a hole too me via Instagram. I wanted too purchase from him, and made the mistake of saying what model bag i wanted, not the designer name. He flipped out and said I was going to get his PayPal shut down. I didn't know. He was so rude. I'd never do business with him ever again.

I hate that you had that experience with Old Cobbler. I've had 2 great experiences & received one bag that had several imperfections. He had me send the flawed bag to an address in the US & he sent me a new bag that was spot on, so he made it right. There's always a risk when buying reps & I've had my fair share of ugly ducklings from reputable sellers, but it's how they correct the problem that means the most to me. I'm with you on certain people promoting certian sellers & requesting that you send your request to order through them & not go directly to the seller. Why would we do that? What is the benefit for the buyer when we can do the same thing ourselves & develop a relationship with the seller? To me I think that's questionable & I think some (not all) may be getting some type of kick back, maybe free bags... significant discounts, I don't know, but unless you are brand new to the Rep world and have no clue what you're doing that is the only time I could see doing that as being beneficial. Love that you are so knowledgeable, detailed & honest- keep the videos coming!
Lauren Weaver: Good comment I am learning that there are people who either act as a go between or a third party seller, meaning they order from these rep sellers and then put a markup on top of that. I've seen one lady who has made a whole business out of selling replicas stateside. She makes youtube videos showing the products to her clients but won't show her face. I was thinking don't her clients realize there are ways to find the sellers and order for themselves? Look it is one thing if this woman pays wholesale prices and then matches the repsellers price, that is okay. But I'm not about to pay an extra commission on top of what I would pay the original seller.
I've done research for 3 days and im terrified to buy from ANYONE. Ive looked into OC, Anne, Tina .. and so on. I can't even find a replica of the purse I REALLY want. I fell victim to OC!!! he sent me a GG Ophidia tote…which the canvas is green and looks so fake! I found out he had stolen someone else’s comparison pictures from real to rep I messaged him and compared my real with the crap he sold me and he was saying it was because no one had the same canvas every item is different???? Weird because my authentic pieces are the exact same material and that I shouldn’t be comparing my authentic items to the bag he sold me! I won’t be purchasing from him again- most he did was a £20 discount on a £165 bag- not on!!!!

Then I noticed one side of the bag where you would place the strap is stretched out . So I am not sure what happened. And her customer service takes forever. But I wanted to say thank you as well. Janieceevy21 I recently had another bad experience I hate to say an it from another young lady that gives reviews. The hardware on the speedy is turning. My first order from Joy was Neverfull GM. Its perfect the hard ware has not changed. But my second order from her did not go so well. And when I decided to buy a bag(speedy25) from this other young lady that does youtube/IG reviews now the hardware is turning silver. She sent pics but she had to know something was wrong with the bag. So I am just going to take a break and maybe one day I can get a per loved one. But I haven't had the best of luck.

Hi i just wanted to let you know i had my speedy 25 handles replaced at LV and the glazing on the handles looks exactly like that. it is shiny. So you don't have to feel bad about how that looks, it doesn't scream fake, its current/ accurate. I LOVE your review and that your not getting paid so you can keep it real! this is the info we need! Do you think this leather will change color over time or is it completely fake? Im wondering if the white power was a preservative they use in china... especially since you think it sat in the warehouse a long time. THANKS For a REAL review!

Just ordered the new matte de neverfull from him. Payed extra to have my initials put on. I ordered on 3/18. Was sent tracking 3/29 and it still isn’t shipped. FedEx is saying all he did was create the tracking. He never sent it. And he is being a royal ass
I just got neverfull GM from OC and it was so effed up! Zipper gold has different color from the rest. It’s matted. I told him and he told me it’s really like that. No it isn’t.
Unfortunately no OC didn’t fix my issue. I was told he would send a replacement piece of hardware for the terrible nail head that flaked. Which never came. I was however able to salvage the vachetta with use and conditioning.
M. Taylor oh no that sucks both of my bags are great but the Metis did have a small darkened spot in the front like if it had a sticker on that spot but is not to noticeable. I wonder if what you said is correct about the bags being in storage for a long time? And I am happy you were able to salvage it!

Yes idk what’s been going on within the last year but him and his wife seem to have very little regard for customer service and reputation these days

OC dude was a total a hole too me via Instagram. I wanted too purchase from him, and made the mistake of saying what model bag i wanted, not the designer name. He flipped out and said I was going to get his PayPal shut down. I didn't know. He was so rude. I'd never do business with him ever again.

I hate that you had that experience with Old Cobbler. I've had 2 great experiences & received one bag that had several imperfections. He had me send the flawed bag to an address in the US & he sent me a new bag that was spot on, so he made it right. There's always a risk when buying reps & I've had my fair share of ugly ducklings from reputable sellers, but it's how they correct the problem that means the most to me. I'm with you on certain people promoting certian sellers & requesting that you send your request to order through them & not go directly to the seller. Why would we do that? What is the benefit for the buyer when we can do the same thing ourselves & develop a relationship with the seller? To me I think that's questionable & I think some (not all) may be getting some type of kick back, maybe free bags... significant discounts, I don't know, but unless you are brand new to the Rep world and have no clue what you're doing that is the only time I could see doing that as being beneficial. Love that you are so knowledgeable, detailed & honest- keep the videos coming!

I've seen one lady who has made a whole business out of selling replicas stateside. She makes youtube videos showing the products to her clients but won't show her face. I was thinking don't her clients realize there are ways to find the sellers and order for themselves? Look it is one thing if this woman pays wholesale prices and then matches the repsellers price, that is okay. But I'm not about to pay an extra commission on top of what I would pay the original seller.

I found out he had stolen someone else’s comparison pictures from real to rep I messaged him and compared my real with the crap he sold me and he was saying it was because no one had the same canvas every item is different???? Weird because my authentic pieces are the exact same material and that I shouldn’t be comparing my authentic items to the bag he sold me! I won’t be purchasing from him again- most he did was a £20 discount on a £165 bag- not on!!!!

M. Taylor I ordered a favorite MM I had an issue with the mail . They said they delivered my bag on a Saturday and said it was signed. But then it showed up on a totally different day. Then I noticed one side of the bag where you would place the strap is stretched out . So I am not sure what happened. And her customer service takes forever.

Janieceevy21 I recently had another bad experience I hate to say an it from another young lady that gives reviews. The hardware on the speedy is turning. My first order from Joy was Neverfull GM. Its perfect the hard ware has not changed. But my second order from her did not go so well. And when I decided to buy a bag(speedy25) from this other young lady that does youtube/IG reviews now the hardware is turning silver. She sent pics but she had to know something was wrong with the bag. So I am just going to take a break and maybe one day I can get a per loved one. But I haven't had the best of luck.

Hi i just wanted to let you know i had my speedy 25 handles replaced at LV and the glazing on the handles looks exactly like that. it is shiny. So you don't have to feel bad about how that looks, it doesn't scream fake, its current/ accurate. I LOVE your review and that your not getting paid so you can keep it real! this is the info we need! Do you think this leather will change color over time or is it completely fake? Just ordered the new matte de neverfull from him. Payed extra to have my initials put on. I ordered on 3/18. Was sent tracking 3/29 and it still isn’t shipped. FedEx is saying all he did was create the tracking. He never sent it. And he is being a royal ass
I just got neverfull GM from OC and it was so effed up! Zipper gold has different color from the rest. It’s matted. I told him and he told me it’s really like that. No it isn’t.

Unfortunately no OC didn’t fix my issue. I was told he would send a replacement piece of hardware for the terrible nail head that flaked. Which never came. I was however able to salvage the vachetta with use and conditioning.
M. Taylor oh no that sucks both of my bags are great but the Metis did have a small darkened spot in the front like if it had a sticker on that spot but is not to noticeable. I wonder if what you said is correct about the bags being in storage for a long time? And I am happy you were able to salvage it!
