I remember I used to eat these when I was very young. Pity these arts are dying now. Thanks a lot for making this video and giving us chance to re-live our childhood
It took me in my childhood days back. I have eaten so much these kind of candies. A man always come to sell these candies infront of my house with his bicycle, and all children use to gather him. And demand different design candies. Now we don't see these road side wenders any more in today's era. There place has taken by big companies like- Kinder Joy. But in real these big companies can never replace the deligence & talent of these local wenders.
This man puts his heart and soul into his work and was courageous and generous enough to take the time to give us, the rest of the world, an insight directly into his life. I am very thankful to have the opportunity to learn about this culture that is different from mine. I hope to some day be able to experience this in real life and maybe try to make it myself! All of the negativity Is very saddening though... To let something as small as hygienic differences and customs ruin this whole experience of what this video has to offer is just such a shame.
Thanks for bringing back beautiful memories.. I'm 80's kid... God bless u.. I wish my kid had a chance to enjoy this candy taste ... Lovely art work... ❤️
Oh my goodness! I got to see this after 20 yrs. It made me remember my childhood days. Oh! I wish, I could find one in today's city but don't know, where it is available now. Hats off to the Candy man. He was doing his job with perfection and in hygienic condition. He was making such beautiful art thru sugar which a rich man won't buy from the road side but, if the same candy is sold at bigger restaurants, malls n hotels, people are able to spend hundreds n thousands on it but here, they can't even afford to spare 5rs or 10 rs to buy art of sugar, through the man who works so hard to earn his livelihood. May The Lord Bless him and make him recognize in the society so that such work of art should never come to an end. With blessings to the Candy man, Dr. C. Sony from India.
I totally agree. That’s why I felt pretty sad. Even he has an amazing talent, becuz of his situation, environment or the other factors, his talent seems be underestimated by people. If he were born in different city or different country, he would be able to be admitted all over the world.Just dream it is..
Great art . this art I watching almost after 50 years we don't such artist in Pakistan , what a wonderful person who is keeping this old art alive. thanks for uploading video.

When we go to restaurants we will spend lot of money for unhealthy food .....and we will pay extra as tip.. But when comes to here we will not think of giving 10 Rs extra to this people who are damn hardworking......
Keshavi sai you are absolutely right. The thing is we have to be generous with these hardworking peoples on the streets and should pay a little extra money that won't cost us much but they'll feel appreciated.
What restaurant serves unhealthy food? Subway? We tip them. It’s a jar. So don’t think these people don’t get little tips here and there. Different environment, you cannot compare because where he lives, everyone can be a bit poor. They are all tryin to make money, where In America, a rich doctor or whoever, won’t mind tipping a 18 year old kid working hard. Just different environments man, I’m sure we would all tip if we could
What restaurants have you been eating at? And tip is not a luxury customers engage in to show off, it's payment for the services of the waiter who works equally hard on waiting tables. Ever been a waiter? I have and trust me it's no easy job.
Yesss...this man just earnd loads of respect...💙💙💙 M feeling so small in frnt of him now....may Allah grant him and his family a healthy life.....no wrds srslyy.....and i also usd to eat this in my chldhd😉😉😛😛
You brought back my childhood memories.. There was a old man who used to come everyday to my street to sell this. I used to wait for him since 1 hour. If one day he didn't come I used to skip my lunch and crying then my dad used to take me to buy road side jilebi which is my another favorite item till now.my son also love jilebi now.
Ravi Sharma I mean, E. coli is a real thing.. He is extremely talented, but he’s making it on the floor with his bare hands and right next to his bare feet.. Idk, it just turns me off a bit.
@@katie_jeanes Are you aware that there is a legally accepted limit of how much dead insect and dirt contamination is allowed in factory produced food? You live in a dream world where you think things that came from packets are sterile. Its not. You are just ignorant. In a restaurant the same knife and fork pass through thousands of mouths, the same mop could be used in the toilet and in the kitchen. It happens and you didn't die yet. Stop being so ignorant. Your own fridge probably has salmonella. If you have a pet theres ecoli all over your floors from their paws. You do not live in a sterile environment...you just choose to believe you do.
