Your deck is becoming like a nursery school with all the little ones. Today teacher Joel will be talking about......😄❤. Love love love them all! And love your channel and you guys❤
Cute how they eat close to each other with so much food spread around and Wally gets naughty! He seems to know you’re talking to him😂😂😂. Thanks for the interesting description.❤
Wally & Pip kinda resemble over size hedgehogs .😊. Thank you Forest Friend for explaining didn't know if that was a possibility. They are so cute and its too bad you can't pick them up and hug them. Guess there are very few spots on them you can touch, but Squeaks back feet are they petable?? ❤❤🐾🐾❤❤❤
So, I am somewhat of a guinea pig expert (having had them most of my life) and you can see the relation to guinea pigs in their looks and their behaviors and noises. Guinea pigs are also very territorial about their food. lol
Seeing that pile of peanuts in the background and the sibs fighting over a single pile in the foreground: 1) my siblings & I 2) the three dog circus I once had 3) any school playground in the world
Pip is small and fluffy & Wally is larger and all quill. I love them everyone. ♥I do have a penchant for fluffy ones since I was raised with stray long-haired cats & kittens that we took in on Grandma's farm. Having no siblings or cousins, the feline menagerie comprised my brothers & sisters. Not that I think small, fluffy porcupines are somehow akin to long-haired kittens, hardly. lol. Porcupines have their precious charm. Your porcupines are sweethearts. 🩷🦔🩷🦔🩷🦔🩷🦔🩷🦔🩷🦔🩷🦔🩷🦔🩷🦔🩷🦔🩷🦔
So cute !!! I had a mallard duck show up 3 days ago at my front door he was knocking on the glass with his beak he is so friendly i think he is someone's pet I gave him a turkey pan with water in it and he went right to it and settled down in the water also gave him lettuce some white rice peanuts some peas he ate everything the cats and stray dogs have been trying to get at him I tried calling Animal Control but they won't come and get him unless I can prove he is someone's pet 😢 I tried asking him where he came from but he said it was none of your quacking business😂😂😂
Each of the moms (except Spike) had a big increase in visits, suddenly disappeared for two weeks, and then another big surge in visits with a baby arriving shortly after. Spike only disappeared for maybe 4 days, and then just brought Squeak with her, which made it a lot easier to match mom to baby. Prickly is probably Pip's mom. But Quilbert and Chestnut disappeared around the same time, and Hazel and Wally appeared around the same time, so we aren't sure who belongs to who. Our current guess is that Quilbert is Wally's mom, because she spun in between him and Pip when Pip kept pawing at Wally.
Wallysaurus! I found who Squeak aspires to be…& has already surpassed in sassiness! 😂 I think the younger they are, the floofier they are. They look deceptively cuddly…unless you can do it within a few hours after birth, I really, _really,_ don’t recommend trying to hug a porcupette 😏😂
It really does make one wonder if Pip and Squeak are related. I'm truly not trying to make a bad joke. On this occasion, at any rate. Is there a male porcupine in the area who has this fluffy chromosome, and who has been doing the Bad Thing with good girls?
Prickly is probably Pip's mom, and she has very long guard hairs. I'm pretty sure Chonkers is Squeak's dad, because based on when Squeak was born, Spike and Chonkers were hanging out a lot around the time of conception. And not just the usual, Chonkers sings and dances, gets yellled at, and then backs off. Spike was actively following him around too.
We're not sure. Forest Friend has some theories based on the last time we saw a certain porcupine, and if they came back around the same time as a new baby showed up. But she went to town and I don't remember what her theory was. Maybe she can reply when she gets back later.

I'm usually so confused about who is who (whom??) when I see them one at a time. But putting them together like this...they are quite different! And way too cute! Even if they are little scrub brushes!🥰 Can you tell by appearance or behavior which ones are related?
@@cindyrissal3628 We can't really tell who is related to who by appearance or behavior. Squeak is (we think) the child of Chonkers and Spike, but she looks and acts completely different from both of them. Hazel might be Chestnut's baby, and she has a bit of red so they might look a bit similar.
Awww these little guys make me smile 🥰💜 Thank you for the detailed info about the quills! So cool 👍
At least Pip isn’t sporting Squeaks quills today!😂
Pip looks so cuddly!
Wally looks a lot like Chonkers to me. Pip and Squeak seem to have the same stylist.
They do look quite different, but both of them are very beautiful. They each have their own personalities, too.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Very interesting to see the difference. I've never thought about porcupines having different quill patterns.
They are very cute porcupines :D 💕💗

The peanuts in the other pile might not be good until someone else wants them. 😂
Wally is already a formidable fighter in a head-to-head confrontation.
Awe, they are so cute. Spikey floofs are not for hugging, unfortunately.
yupvery different ty
Both adorable ❤
'this year's babies' I like that!
❤❤❤❤❤❤

I wonder if it is Wally's quill that have found their way into the other porcupines faces. Naughty Wally lol
Surprised at the variation and to see quills on the forehead! 😮
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Wally is the upcoming menace loi
I love learning about these sweeties. Im 67 and still learning! ❤❤❤
they are very nice
I wonder if the more quills they the more aggressive they are. Either way, they are adorable!! 🥰
@@claudiorodriguez1143 Not sure. Chonkers and Spike have short quills and are very passive. Maybe.

I worry if Pip tries for the apple, war will break out.
Wow, Wally really has a lot of quills!

Love 2 both furballs of love >^^
Do you know who all of the babies’ parents are?
We're really not sure. Forest Friend has some theories, but she's out right now. And I don't remember. Once she gets back maybe she can reply.

or maybe wally a girl like chonkers & pip a boy
is pip the younger one?
I'm not sure. I think so. But it's not by a lot. Maybe a few weeks.
Wally and Hazel were born in June, and Pip and Squeak around the end of July.

@ Oh Chonkers! He sounds like he wooes in the manner of an MGM musical star of the 1940s.
Dancing, singing...getting yelled at.
We know that Spike is Squeak's mother. Do you know who is Pip and Wally's mother(s)?

@ thank you so much! I’ve been wondering who the moms were and also how you and @joels7605 tell them apart.
maybe wally boy & pip a girl
Might be!
