Yea those idiots fucked it up again like they always do , I’m also extremely disappointed that block 3 has the stupid 8AGM instead the 4AGM . Complete stupidity
@@Usmc2192 I thought Project ACES was going to put GRKT on, so I don't mind the 8AGM lol. But I am bothered by the low ammo capacity of the 8AGM in general. That thing needs at least 64 rounds in order to be an effective sp. weapon.
It's nice that we're getting new planes, I just wish this pack was reduced to $6 instead of $12, i think it's current price is a bit too steep to justify a purchase, unlike the original superplane DLC. Also, some more story missions would be sweet, but I guess the team is in the middle of developing AC8 right now and probably modeled the DLC aircraft so they can be reused in the base roster for the next game. (That's my guess anyways.)

This is the second best DLC for Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown. This time, there will be two modernized fighters that are being put into production and service, and one unrealized project. The beauty of the 4.5 generation is that sensors, avionics, weapons and other solutions also designed for 5th generation fighters are added to the known designs. In addition to Super Hornet Block III, MiG-35D Super Fulcrum and F-2A Super Kai, AC7 also includes other representatives of this generation, i.e. Gripen E, Typhoon, Rafale M and classified in Russia as "Generation 4 ++" Su-30M2, Su-30SM, Su-34 and Su-35S. Currently, new modernized versions of fighters are being developed, which receive new weapons, a multi-functional display, sensors, CFT tanks and engines. Such fighters are the F-16 Block 70/72, F-15EX Eagle II, Typhoon Tranche 4 and Rafale F4. As for the skins, they look great, although the "Scarface" skin for the Su-57 may cause controversy among some fans. The F-22A in the "Scarface" skin in Assault Horizon Legacy looks much better. Many fighters in Ace Combat 7 like the F-104C, Su-30M2, Su-30SM, Su-34, Mirage 2000-5, Gripen E, Rafale M and F-35C are screaming for new skins. In future updates and DLC, more skins should appear from Ace Combat 04 ("Mobius" skin for Typhoon and Rafale M), Ace Combat 5 ("Razgriz" skin, Air Force squadrons of Belka and Yuktobania and aces from both countries), Ace Combat Zero ("Heartbreak One" for the F-14D and Belka's Air Force squadrons such as "GrauOrca" for Rafale M), Ace Combat X ("Gryphus", "Falco" and "Aquilla" for some aircraft), Ace Combat 6 ( "Avalanche", "Stingray", "Sky Kid" and Estovakia's ace skins), Joint Assault ("Antares"), Assault Horizon ("Bishop", "Guts", skins for European machines), Assault Horizon Legacy ("Scarface" for the F-22A, the squadron skins "Lancer", "Beast", "Cocoon", "Albireo" and the complement to the squadron "ZOE") and Infinity ("Reaper", "Omega", "Viper").
@@rarityadf11f yeah it's the in game name of this particular kuznetsov class carrier. There are other Kuznetsov class carriers in the strangereal world however. So this isn't the only one
Both the Block III and Super Fulcrum seems ot be on tie when it comes to stats, being the Mig-35 faster than the Hornet, though, the Block III is more ment for air to ground while the Fulcrum is more air to air. The Super Kai has the worst stats, but at the same time it has the most balance weapons. Something that i noticed is that the Block III feels like a better version of the F-35, while the Super Fulcrum feels like a better version of the Su-30M2 since all these aircrafts shares allmost the same armament.
Great observation! The clock accurately tracks the in-game time for a given mission/operation. On Faceless Soldier, Operation Flush took place at 10h11; on Anchorhead Raid, Operation Domino took place at 14h00; on Last Hope, Operation Gorgon took place at 20h59. The clock then slowly trickles from there.
I know this is an Old comment, but that's actually a detail that is mostly present in the Mig-29A and the Su-37, both have a functional clock inside their cockpits, which is pretty neat i have to say, no matter how modernized a plane gets, nothing beats a good old fashioned Clock.
Hopefully they will put the F-15EX Eagle II, they need to get rid of the Block 2 F/A-18F Super Hornet and replace it with the E/A-18G Growler that way they can have 1 F/A-18E, 1 F/A-18F Block III, and 1 E/A-18G. It would be real cool if they could add the 2 seat F/A-22N NATAF (Navalized variant F-22), or the Navalized variant of the F-23 Black Widow the PAV2 F-23 Gray Ghost and some other aircraft into the concept aircraft. I would love to see some of the Vietnam era aircraft, kinda like they had in ace combat five with the F-4 but more advanced variants like the F-4X, maybe bring in something we haven’t seen yet like the A-7E, F and G variants. It would be cool if they brought back the 2 seat YA-10B.
Although probably the last DLC will be fighters from the movie "Top Gun: Maverick", i.e. the F-14A, F/A-18E and DarkStar, as well as probably the F-5E Tiger II (without the F-5 there would be no MiG-28 in the original " Top Gun "so the lack of the F-5E would be an affront to both Ace Combat and Top Gun fans), this is a celebration of such a huge fan support that it's worth thinking about three more DLCs. Here are the suggestions: "Fan Favorite Aircraft Series", which would include the Japanese ATD-0 aircraft tree, the Russian MiG-1.44 Flatpack (complement to the "Varcolac" squadron, "Hamilton" skin), Su-24, Su-25TM and Su-27 "Flanker-B", from the European J35J Draken (complement to the squadron "Espada", skin "Cipher ") and Gripen C ("Gryphus", "Messer", "Wisna "), and from the American F-20A Tigershark, X-29A, F-15SE Silent Eagle, F-16F, F-14B and EA-6B (complementing the "Schnee" squadron). "Series of unrealized airplanes" including the F-15N Sea Eagle, the two-seater F-22B, F-22N Sea Raptor and Rafale BM/N. "Series of modern aircraft" which would include development versions of the MiG-29 "Fulcrum" (MiG-29SE, MiG-29M, MiG-29SM, MiG-29SMT, MiG-29UB and MiG-29K), development and proposed versions of Gripen (Gripen D, Gripen F, Gripen EW, Gripen M/Sea Gripen), F-16 Block 70/72, F-15EX Eagle II, Typhoon T.3/ECR, export successful Rafale B/C (special skin for Rafale B: Oured Capital District Air Command) and F-35A/B. The F-35 is especially important for Japanese fans of the Ace Combat series, for three reasons. 1. The F-35A is already in service with the Japanese Air Self-Defense Forces, and soon the F-35B will join the JASDF and the Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Forces. 2. F-35B from the squadron VMFA-242 "Bats" landed and took off from the helicopter destroyer "JS Izumo", which means the return of Japan to the group of countries with ships capable of air operations 3. The F-35A for Japan is produced at the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries plant in Nagoya.
That's sick, especially the Su-25TM. For me it would have gunpods, rocket pods and some other air to ground weapon (possibly LAGM). I'm a bit disappointed that the TGM DLC added 2 F/A-18s and F-14s (one of each would have been better) Darkstar and 5th gen aircraft are fine (maybe not the second as it's just a worse Su-57 with different weapons) but no F-5 :(
