    First day doing this... You're so flexible! I could barely do a 90º angle in the hamstring stretch, and quads were by far the hardest ones. I will keep doing it everyday

    Hoy flexibilidad diana que ejercicios me recomiendas para. Hacer apertura de piernas 180 spagat es muy difícil
