Very cool! Not sure I'll be able to see the tablet, unless it can go bigger than what you demonstrated, as I'm legally blind. Had been wondering how I'd use the flight planner and VATSim stuff in VR. Thanks for sharing this. :)

Thanks, Kam!! I was like you - flying only in XPlane... then about a year ago I tired MSFS in VR and since then have been doing the majority of my simming in MSFS.... Totally agree that these tools are almost required for VR flying especially on VATSIM! I have been using FS2Crew, as well... I think it is amazing especially for the PMDG 737s... That FO reduces your workload so much! Thanks again for watching and let me know if you have any questions setting any of this up!
@@Pe11ePD No, FS2Crew works natively in VR. There is a toolbar icon you click. This pops up a VR-ready panel that you interact with. works perfectly. The only thing you have to do outside Vr is interact with the settings screen, but that's not a big deal since you only need to set it up once.
@@vrsimpilot so, practically, you set up the flight (briefing, etc) before entering VR, and from that point onward, you can only use those two assigned FS2CREW buttons during flight, via tool or by just pressing the buttons like before in P3D, etc? Thanks!

Thanks for sharing this tools, one of the reasons I never fly on the Vatsim network in VR is for radio management and taking notes, but this would make it so much better. Does it impact your FPS? Thanks
Yes!! These tools are essential in VR for copying clearances and tuning radios easily in VR on VATSIM! It reduces the workload so much. Acts sort of like a virtual FO.... honestly, I could not fly on VATSIM in VR without VSR and this tablet!
Perfect timing of this video!!! I'm new to Navigraph and it appears I'm one of the unlucky ones that has issues with the scaling of the Navigraph panel in VR (micro sized). Does anyone know if the All-In-One Tablet would fix that since the Navigraph panel would be self contained within the tablet? It's almost worth the $20 to find out.
Hi! Try going in to the Navigraph settings (the little gear icon) and then increasing the display scale (I think that's what it's called) to something like 1.4... That's what I use to make the Navigraph 8 interface a bit more readable in VR! (You can do this through the Navigraph app in the tablet or in the Navigraph panel itself)
@@vrsimpilot Thanks, I should've mentioned that's what I use to limp along. But my main problem I have is when I use the mouse wheel to zoom so I can read something, the map/text zoom in for a second, but then get even smaller! Almost like 1x zoom in = 4x zoom out.

Hi! ForeFlight doesn't interface with the All-In-One Tablet directly. That would be an amazing thing, though. I use FF too and I can't find a good way to get it to work in VR without pulling in the web version of FF (which I really don't like much other than for pre-planning an IFR flight).
