Who gave the “nod” on the apartment complex being built on Longley/Virginia? It’s so congested with traffic it’s obvious little thought was given to the infrastructure in Reno.
Please don’t bother with this is better than cities in California. This explosion of population was never properly planned out. It’s a disaster.

Nowhere near the congestion of larger cities in CA., but I'm also not a fan of the condos going in there.
