Lou M Thanks, Lou. So far, I've really enjoyed the car. It's a good balance of practical, and still fun to drive. Very reminiscent of the GTI I had..obviously. This should last until I'm ready for the WRX club :)
+Alan Flores Thanks! Nope! I have over 40k miles on it at this point, and I have not had a single issue with it. The gas mileage is great, while still maintaining enough performance to make it fun.
Not sure if you're still thinking of buying one, or if you already bought one, but I drive a 2015 Passat TSI (Wolfsburg edition). I bought it about a 6 months ago (it was used, but less than 5k miles). It's a great car, with more power than you'd expect from a Passat. Very roomy inside, and a great ride. I've owned BMW's, and this car is right there with them in terms of quality and performance.
Hey Greg! Looking at the same car. Honest question, how does the stereo sound in the Wolfsburg? Coming from an older luxury car with a phenomenal stereo, I'm afraid I'll be disappointed... Thanks!
+Matt McCarthy Actually, the stock stereo isn't too bad. I had a 2014 Maxima before this, and the radio here is much better. If you're that concerned, maybe look at getting an SE or SEL with the Fender audio system.
This video is super old but I’m currently looking at one it’s a 2015 and has 122,000 miles on it, do you think it is worth it? And dose it take premium fuel?
Thank you for the wonderfully detailed video of your car, but please get some weed killer for those cracks in your driveway. Some of those weeds are way too tall
I have a 2014 Wolf Passat, no DSG, but it jerks at low speeds and stopping. Doesn't seem like a transmission gear skip (and no grind noise) and the dealer continues to say nothing wrong. How will I know when the transmission IS failing, if the main telling symptom (jerkiness) is normal? It is hard to find an acceptability.
Did the front seat rear side with slot storage can put some stuff? 7:58. I have 1.8s with no seat storage. Sorry, don't know how to call seat slot storage. I never own a car without it.
@@GregDeLuca how do you enable it? Because I don't see any option. I have only "L 0 R" positions without heating icon on a drivers door (as your car had)
Thinking about getting one. I absolutely love the interior.
One of the best parts of the car by far.
I going to get me a VW PASSAT, WOLFSBURG also, found a nice one in Florida for $10,000 cash, I cant wait to go down there and get it!
Looks good! I looked at Passat in 2013 before I got my Ourback back then.

Nice car, i have a question for you my friend. Since you got this car, have you had any problems with it? Im thinking to buy one.

Great reviews

2014-15 VW Passat Wolfsburg Ed. Walkaround and Review!
I recently bought a used 2014 Passat. Question about the bluetooth: Are you able to switch tracks on your phone with the steering wheel controls?
I’m trying to find out too

If I remember correctly, you run regular. I ended up with almost 80k on mine before trading it in with no issues
Regular fuel
How do you change the language on a car like this?
Including the voice recognition
Thank you for the wonderfully detailed video of your car, but please get some weed killer for those cracks in your driveway. Some of those weeds are way too tall
I’ll buy the stuff, you can come over and do it for me 😂
good review thanks! but whats up with your camera? the distortions make me feel like im on an acid trip.. LMAO!!
I have no idea
Have you had any problems with the car now?
Not at all. I'm up over 47k miles now too.

@@annhenry7449 this is a very old comment but my passat now is having the same issue. Did you ever find a solution?

Yeah, there's a little pouch there that you can fit some things
Thanks. I should get wolfburg. I am not sure 2016 1.8s with same thing as 2014 1.8s.
I could put wine on the pouch which is not legal.

They don't offer the Wolfsburg anymore for the 2016 model year. I bet something comparable would either be the SE or the R Line.
How do you check the service menu or can you switch the screen settings like MPH, speed, Miles til empty etc?
Go through your MMI screen on your gauges and you can change all that
It's on the wiper lever . Push the button where it says trip
Is there an outside mirrors heating?
Yes
@@GregDeLuca how do you enable it? Because I don't see any option. I have only "L 0 R" positions without heating icon on a drivers door (as your car had)
There is no mirrors heating. Wolfsburg edition of 2014 year doesn't have it.
I own one myself.
+JD UltraGamer555 nice! I love it. I'm gonna hold onto it until I can afford a new GTI/Golf R
Most revealing thing in this video ; your fingers are f#^%d.
Yeah, I assume you mean my left hand. I had a stroke when I was born, which partially paralyzed my left side. I don't have much dexterity in my hand
Greg DeLuca sorry, didn't know...
@relrrt least I learned to mind my own business. Asshat.
