For Dog Lovers Only!

Rescuing dogs is an awesome thing to do as a pilot. If you have your own airplane get on Pilots and Paws and rescue a dog!
I wasn't going to make a program on this rescue because it really wasn't that eventful, however when I saw the footage a few days ago I saw the dogs hysterical reactions to the flight and it was deemed program worthy. Benita is now in a wonderful home enjoying dog life to the fullest.
Airplane rides can be quite an event for some dogs, and I don't know Benita's story before I got her, what matters is she is safe and happy now.
Have you always wanted to learn how to fly but now you are over 50? Get out there and start and learn! There are so many people in there 50's and 60's who are just starting to fly so what are you waiting for?

Uhm…. as a dog person and a dog mom with a ‘72 Cardinal, that dogs WTF count was up at least to 55! LOL Thanks for saving that puppppp!!!!

I counted several more more 'multiple' WTF's... like "WTF! WTF!"
Just a suggestion. Take a very light person, and have them sit with the dog for the flight.
The dogs are already anxious, and having them sit, alone, in an unusual, extra noisy transportation device, makes them even more frightened (the WTF moments). Someone, who is use to flying (don't want the person to transmit THEIR flying anxieties to the pup!!) needs to be right there, comforting them through the flight.

Ted. Poochie pups are the best. Also want to thank yourfor your efforts with vlogs. Passed my ppl check ride Monday 5/24. Will be turning 60 shortly. Did I just say that. Seems like just yesterday, as a kid, I was staring up at the sky. Filled with gratitude and wonder everyday...
